Գրիմ իշխանության կոռումպացված ու փտած երեսին

«168 ժամ» թերթը գրում է. «Երեկ Ազգային ժողովը քննարկում էր Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի պաշտոնում Արման Թաթոյանի թեկնածությունը: Քվեարկությունը կկայանա այսօր, եւ, բնականաբար, նա կընտրվի: Ընդ որում, կընտրվի ձայների շատ ավելի մեծ թվով, քան պահանջվում է: Նրա օգտին կքվեարկեն նաեւ մի շարք ընդդիմադիր պատգամավորներ, ովքեր երեկ իրենց ելույթներում՝ չվախենալով անգամ «իշխանությանը ծախվելու» մեղադրանքներից, որոնք միանշանակ հնչելու են, հայտարարեցին, որ կողմ են քվեարկելու Թաթոյանի թեկնածությանը:
Ու թեեւ խնդիրն անձը չէ, ինչպես ներկայացնում են գրեթե բոլորն իրենց ելույթներում, այդուհանդերձ, նաեւ անձն է. իշխանությունը ՄԻՊ պաշտոնում ներկայացրել է իսկապես պարկեշտ, կիրթ թեկնածուի, որը չի բավարարում, թերեւս, միայն հասարակության կողմից ճանաչված լինելու պահանջին: Ի դեպ, այս առումով շատ տեղին էր ԱԺ պատգամավոր Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հայտարարությունը:
«Իմ դիտարկումները ցույց են տալիս, որ իշխանության միջին օղակներում ձեւավորվել է պրոֆեսիոնալ եւ պարկեշտ պաշտոնյաների մի խավ, ովքեր ի վիճակի են Հայաստանի շահերից եւ ժողովրդի շահերից բխող գործունեություն ծավալել, ու այդ պաշտոնյաներին իշխանությունը մտցրել է իրենց շարքեր գրիմի համար: Սա, ըստ էության, գրիմ է իշխանության կոռումպացված երեսին»,- ասաց Ն.Փաշինյանը՝ նաեւ այդպես հիմնավորելով Արման Թաթոյանի թեկնածությանը կողմ քվեարկելու՝ իր դիրքորոշումը:
Իսկապես, իշխանության մեջ կան տասնյակ, գուցե հարյուրավոր պարկեշտ, պրոֆեսիոնալ կադրեր, որոնք, սակայն, ոչ թե իշխանության «բովանդակությունն» են, այլ, որքան էլ անհաճո հնչի, «տեխնիկական մասը», այսինքն՝ հանդես են գալիս ոչ թե՝ որպես բովանդակություն, այլ՝ ձեւ: Այն դեպքում, երբ որպես «բովանդակություն» հանդես եկող իշխանության դեմքերն ունակ չեն անգամ տեխնիկական աշխատանքի, որովհետեւ ունակ չեն գրեթե որեւէ բանի:
Իրականում Հայաստանի խնդիրների հիմքում ընկած է հենց այդ՝ ձեւի ու բովանդակության հակադրությունը, ձեւը բովանդակություն դարձնելու եւ փտած բովանդակությունից հրաժարվելու հրամայականը: Կնպաստի՞ Արման Թաթոյանի ընտրությունը կամ նշանակումը ՄԻՊ-ի պաշտոնում այդ գործընթացին: Դժվար է ասել: Բայց փորձել գուցե պետք է»:
