Պարտություն ու աղետ բերած իշխանությունը ոչ միայն մնաց իշխանության, այլև շարունակեց որոշել պետության հետագա ընթացքը։ Գրել է «Միասնության թևեր» քաղաքական նախաձեռնության համահիմնադիր Դավիթ Անանյանը։

«Վեց տարի առաջ՝ 2020 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 27-ի առավոտյան, սկսվեց 44-օրյա պատերազմը։

Այդ առավոտ մենք Ստեփանակերտում էինք։ Վեցօրյա այցից հետո պատրաստվում էինք վերադառնալ Երևան։ Մեր բարեկամներին տարել էինք Արցախ՝ ցույց տալու մեր Հայրենիքի այդ բնիկ, անփոխարինելի մասը։

Առավոտյան՝ 7:30-ի կողմերը, սկսվեց արհավիրքը։ Մեզ խորհուրդ տվեցին հնարավորինս արագ Գորիսով վերադառնալ Հայաստան։

Այդ օրը մեխվել է հիշողությանս մեջ։ Ոչ միայն որպես պատերազմի առաջին օր։ Այսօրվա հեռավորությունից այն ավելի ու ավելի է ընկալվում որպես մեր ազգային մեծ գահավիժման մեկնարկի ամսաթիվ։

Անցել է վեց տարի։ Բայց մենք, որպես պետություն ու հասարակություն, այդպես էլ չկարողացանք հաղթահարել ո՛չ պարտության հետևանքները, ո՛չ կորստի ցավը, ո՛չ էլ հասկանալ տեղի ունեցածի ամբողջ խորությունը։ Իսկ 2023-ին կորցրեցինք նաև Արցախը՝ իր բնիկ հայ բնակչությամբ․ գրեթե ամբողջ հայ բնակչությունը հարկադրված հեռացավ իր հայրենիքից։

Իմ համոզմամբ՝ դրա գլխավոր պատճառներից մեկը պարտությունից հետո քաղաքական պատասխանատվության բացակայությունն էր։ Պարտություն ու աղետ բերած իշխանությունը ոչ միայն մնաց իշխանության, այլև շարունակեց որոշել պետության հետագա ընթացքը։

Եվ այսօր խնդիրը վաղուց միայն Արցախը չէ։

Մենք կորցնում ենք մեր Հայրենիքի զգացողությունը, մեր ինքնության հենարանները, մեր հավաքական արժանապատվությունն ու դիմադրելու կարողությունը։ Ամեն հաջորդ զիջում կամ կորուստ այլևս ընկալվում է ոչ թե որպես արտակարգ իրադարձություն, այլ որպես հերթականություն։ Սա, թերևս, ամենավտանգավորն է։

Կոչնակը վաղուց է հնչել։

Մեծամասնությունը կարծես ականջ չունի լսելու, իսկ մտահոգ փոքրամասնությունը միջոց ու կազմակերպված ուժ` ընթացքը փոխելու։

Սեպտեմբերի 27-ը միայն զոհվածներին հիշելու օր չէ։ Այն նաև հիշեցում է, որ ժողովուրդները վերջնականապես պարտվում են ոչ միայն պատերազմի դաշտում։ Նրանք պարտվում են այն ժամանակ, երբ հաշտվում են կորստի հետ, սովորում են նահանջին և դադարում են հավատալ, որ դեռ կարող են փոխել իրենց պատմության ընթացքը»,- նշել է նա։
