Եվրամիության և ՄԱԿ-ի մանկական հիմնադրամի՝ ««Երեխայի իրավունքների գործիքակազմ»-իի շնորհանդեսը Հայաստանում և «Երեխայի իրավունքների ինտեգրումը զարգացման համագործակցության մեջ»» փորձագիտական երկօրյա աշխատաժողովը Փետրվարի 22-ին մեկնարկել է: Միջոցառմանը մասնակցում են ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարար Արփինե Հովհաննիսյանը, ՀՀ աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարար Արտեմ Ասատրյանը, ՀՀ-ում ԵՄ պատվիրակության ղեկ ավար Պյոտր Սվիտալսկին, ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարի տեղակալ Աշոտ Հովակիմյանը, ինչպես նաև՝ պետական կառավարման մարմինների, միջազգային կազմակերպությունների և քաղաքացիական հասարակության ներկայացուցիչներ:

Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարությանտեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, Արփինե Հովհաննիսյանը, կարևորելով նման միջոցառումների կազմակերպումը, նշել է, որ երեխայի իրավունքների պաշտպանությունն ունի համախմբող նշանակություն՝ խաղաղ և բարեկեցիկ ապագայի տեսլականով: Նախարարը կարևորել է Անչափահասների արդարադատության հարցերով խորհրդի ստեղծումը, որը կարող է միավորել շահագրգիռ և պատասխանատու մարմինների ջանքերը ոլորտում առաջընթաց ապահովելու համար:

Դեսպան Պյոտր Սվիտալսկին ընգդծել է, որ պետք է հատուկ ուշադրություն դարձնել երեխայի իրավունքներին, քանի որ դրանք հանդիսանում են մարդու իրավունքների անբաժանելի մասը: Նրա խոսքով՝ նախարարների ներկայությունն այս միջոցառմանը վկայում է, որ ՀՀ կառավարությունը կարևորում է երեխայի իրավունքների պաշտպանության ոլորտը: Այնուհետև աշխատաժողովի մասնակիցները քննարկել են Հայաստանում երեխայի իրավունքների իրավիճակին, երկրի առաջնահերթություններին, ինչպես նաև՝ ԵՄ և ՄԱԿ-ի մանկական հիմնադրամի երեխայի իրավունքների գործիքակազմի կառուցվածքին առնչվող հ իմնահարցեր:
