Երեկ Անկարայում, Ադրբեջանի դեսպանությանը կից «Շուշի» կենտրոնի դիմաց բացվեց Կովկասի իսլամական բանակին նվիրված թվով երրորդ հուշարձանը: Առաջին երկուսը գտնվում են Բաքվում և Գանձակում:
Կովկասի իսլամական բանակը (Նուրի փաշայի հրամանատարությամբ), ձևավորվել է Օսմանյան Թուրքիայում, որը 1918թ սեպտեմբերի 15-ին գրավել է Բաքուն և իրականացրել քաղաքի քրիստոնյա և հրեա ժողովուրդների կոտորածը: Միայն Բաքվում, այդ բանակը կողոպտել ու սպանել է շուրջ 30 հազար հայերի (ըստ Oxford-ի գիտական աղբյուրների):
Անշուշտ, նման արձանների բացումն ունի պատմա-քաղաքական հստակ նշանակություն և ուղղերձ:
Երբ Թուրքիայում կանգնեցնում են Կովկասյան իսլամական բանակին նվիրված հուշարձան, այն ընկալվում է որպես 1918 թվականին Բաքուն գրաված թուրք զինվորականների հիշատակի մեծարում, ինչպես նաև որպես թուրք-ադրբեջանական ռազմական դաշինքի խորհրդանիշ։ Սա հստակ ազդանշան է Մերձավոր Արևելքին և նրա հարակից երկրներին:
Իսկ հայերիս տեսանկյունից՝ այն ընկալվում է որպես 108 տարի առաջ Բաքվի հայ բնակչության զանգվածային սպանություններն իրականացնող բանակի մեծարում:
Անկարայում հուշարձանի բացման ժամանակ ունեցած ելույթում, Թուրքիայի պաշտպանության նախարարն ասել է. «...Այսօր ադրբեջանական դրոշն ազատորեն ծածանվում է «Շուշայում», «Խանքենդիում» և ամբողջ Ղարաբաղում: Այս հաղթանակը հպարտության մեծ աղբյուր է ոչ միայն Ադրբեջանի, այլև ամբողջ թյուրքական աշխարհի համար։ Որպես Թուրքիա՝ մենք Հայրենական պատերազմի յուրաքանչյուր պահի մեր աջակցությամբ և բոլոր ռեսուրսներով կանգնած էինք մեր ադրբեջանցի եղբայրների կողքին և միասին կիսեցինք այդ փառահեղ հաղթանակի ուրախությունը»։
Ինչպես տեսնում ենք, ավելի պարզ ակնարկել պանթյուրքիզմի արդիականության մասին՝ երևի հնարավոր չէ: Թուրքիան Արցախի գրավումն ուղղակիորեն համարում է ամբողջ թյուրքական աշխարհի հպարտություն: Շատ շուտով, թյուրքական աշխարհի համատեղ ձեռքբերում կհամարեն նաև TRIPP նախագիծը և այլն:
Այս ամենն ակնհայտ է, որ միայն Հայաստանի «հագով չէ»: Ռեգիոնալ քաղաքականության հետևողականորեն թյուրքայնացումը տրամաբանորեն պետք է շատ երկրների շահերի բախվի:
Միթե՞ Ռուսաստանի, Իրանի, Հնդկաստանի, Հունաստանի, Կիպրոսի, Իսրայելի, Վրաստանի, Հայաստանի, ընդհուպ՝ մինչև Չինաստանի միջնաժամկետ և երկարաժամկետ շահերի տեսանկյունից այս ամենն OK է:
Եթե այսօր արցախյան «հաղթանակն» է համարվում ամբողջ թյուրքական աշխարհի հպարտություն, ապա վաղն ավելի մեծ «հպարտությունների ու հաղթանակների» ձգտումներ կարող են ի հայտ գալ այդ աշխարհի մոտ:
Կա՞ արդյոք երաշխիք, որ օրինակ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կլանումը, Իսրայելի պետության դեմ ագրեսիան, Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետության մասնատումը, Հունաստանի և Կիպրոսի դեմ տարածքային ոտնձգությունները, Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության քայքայումը և նմանատիպ այլ հիպոթետիկ իրավիճակներին նպաստելն ու դրանից օգտվելը՝ կրկին չի համարվի թյուրքական աշխարհի համատեղ ձեռքբերում...
Ինչո՞ւ եմ այսպես ձևակերպում մտավախություններս, որովհետև դեռևս հինգ-վեց տարի առաջ, աշխարհում ոչ մեկի մտքով չէր կարող անցնել, որ Արցախն ամբողջովին կարող է հայաթափվել: Ոչ ոք չէր կարող հավատալ, որ Ռուսաստանն ու Ուկրաինան կարող են երկարատև պատերազմի մեջ մտնել և այլն...
