«Ադրբեջանում հավատարմագրված դիվանագիտական կորպուսի ներկայացուցիչների «զբոսանքն» օկուպացված Արցախի պատմական վայրերով անարգանք է ոչ միայն հայ ժողովրդի, այլև իրենց իսկ կողմից հռչակված արժեքների նկատմամբ։

Ադրբեջանի նախագահի աշխատակազմի արտաքին քաղաքականության հարցերի բաժնի ղեկավար Հիքմեթ Հաջիևի կողմից բռնազավթված Արցախում կազմակերպված դեֆիլեն լեգիտիմացնող դեսպանները, տարօրինակորեն, առանց որևէ օբյեկտիվ հարցադրումների, լուռ, իսկ երբեմն էլ՝ միաձայն ժպիտներով ու պարերով, փաստացի դառնում են բռնապետական ռեժիմի քարոզչության մասնակիցը՝ արժեզրկելով ժողովրդավարության, հանդուրժողականության և իրական խաղաղության սկզբունքները։

Էժանագին քարոզչական տեսարաններով ուղեկցվող այս շրջայցին մասնակցությունն արդյո՞ք դիվանագիտական առաքելության պարտադիր մաս է կազմում։ Ինչպե՞ս է այն համադրվում Արցախի էթնիկ զտումը և ագրեսիան դատապարտող բազմաթիվ հայտարարությունների ու բանաձևերի հետ, որոնք ընդունվել են այցին մասնակից դեսպաններին ներկայացնող բազմաթիվ երկրներում։

Երկակի ստանդարտներն ակնհայտորեն խարխլում են հենց այն սկզբունքները, որոնք այդ պետությունները հռչակում են միջազգային բարձր հարթակներում։

Գանձասարի, Դադիվանքի, Ստեփանակերտի, Շուշիի և Քարվաճառի հայկական ինքնության մասին վկայում են բազմաթիվ արձանագրություններ, պատմական վկայություններ ու փաստաթղթեր, ինչպես նաև ոչ վաղ անցյալի իրողությունները։

Մինչդեռ Ադրբեջանը հետևողականորեն փորձում է ջնջել այդ պատմական հետքը՝ աղավաղելով Արցախի հայկական մշակութային ժառանգության պատմությունը և աշխարհի քրիստոնեական քարտեզից վերացնելով ևս մեկ քրիստոնեական մշակութային տարածք։
 
Երբ հայկական մշակութային ժառանգությունը ներկայացվում է որպես «աղվանական», իսկ պատմական հուշարձանների թանգարանային պատճենները ներկայացվում են որպես պատմական իրականության փոխարինող և արժանանում լուռ համաձայնության, վտանգվում է ոչ միայն հայ ժողովրդի մշակութային ժառանգության պահպանությունը։
Նման մոտեցումը հարվածում է համամարդկային քաղաքակրթական արժեքներին։

Ոչ ոք չի կարող վստահ լինել, որ պատմության նման վերաշարադրումն ու մշակութային ժառանգության յուրացման այս տրամաբանությունը մի օր չի կիրառվի նաև ձեր ժողովուրդների ու պետությունների նկատմամբ։

Միջազգային բարձր պաշտոնյաների և դիվանագիտական ներկայացուցիչների նման քայլերը հակասում են հակամարտության արդար լուծման, պատմամշակութային ժառանգության պահպանության և կայուն խաղաղության հաստատման օրակարգին։
Արցախի հանրային խորհուրդը դատապարտում է դիվանագիտական ճակատի նման կեցվածքը և միջազգային կառույցներից ակնկալում հստակ գնահատական և պատշաճ արձագանք՝ միջազգային իրավունքի, մարդու իրավունքների և մշակութային ժառանգության պահպանության հիմնարար սկզբունքների խախտումների վերաբերյալ»։
