ԱՄՆ նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփը հայտարարել է, որ իր առաջարկած «Թրամփի դիվիդենտների» շրջանակում երկրի յուրաքանչյուր չափահաս քաղաքացուն 5 հազար դոլար վճարելու համար կարող է Կոնգրեսի հավանությունը չպահանջվել։ Այդ մասին նա ասել է CBS News-ին տված բացառիկ հարցազրույցում՝ նշելով, որ ստացված միջոցները, իր մտահղացմամբ, պետք է ծախսվեն ԱՄՆ ներսում։

Դրանից մեկ օր առաջ Թրամփը հայտարարել էր միջանկյալ ընտրություններից հետո նման վճարումների հնարավորության մասին, եթե Հանրապետական կուսակցությունը պահպանի վերահսկողությունը Ներկայացուցիչների պալատի և Սենատի նկատմամբ։Ըստ նախագահի, խոսքը տնտեսության մեջ փողի «ներարկման» մասին է, որը պետք է հնարավոր դառնա իր կողմից սահմանված մաքսատուրքերից ստացվող եկամուտների շնորհիվ։

«Մենք կարծում ենք, որ ոչ», — պատասխանել է Թրամփը՝ վճարումների համար Կոնգրեսի հավանության անհրաժեշտության մասին հարցին։ Միևնույն ժամանակ նա հավելել է, որ օրենսդիրները կաջակցեն նախաձեռնությանը, եթե նման հավանություն, այնուամենայնիվ, անհրաժեշտ լինի։

Թրամփը հայտարարել է, որ ԱՄՆ-ն տրիլիոնավոր դոլարներ է ստացել սակագներից և այլ միջոցներից, իսկ երկրում նոր արտադրական ու ներդրումային նախագծերի ծավալը, ըստ նրա, արդեն գերազանցել է 20 տրիլիոն դոլարը։ Նախագահը նաև պայման է առաջադրել՝ գումարը պետք է ծախսվի ԱՄՆ-ում, ոչ թե արտասահմանում։

Թրամփի առաջարկն արդեն հարցեր է առաջացրել դրա իրավական հիմքերի վերաբերյալ։ Անհասկանալի է, թե արդյոք նախագահն ունի՞ ինքնուրույն նման վճարումներ կազմակերպելու լիազորություն։ Դրանց ընդհանուր արժեքը կարող է գերազանցել 1 տրիլիոն դոլարը։

Հարցազրույցում Թրամփը նաև հայտարարել է, որ մտադիր է կրկին այցելել Տեխաս՝ նահանգի գլխավոր դատախազ Քեն Փաքսթոնին աջակցելու համար, որը մասնակցում է Սենատի ընտրություններին։ Նախագահը տեղեկացրել է, որ իր քաղաքական կոմիտեն՝ MAGA Inc.-ը, արդեն 10 միլիոն դոլար է ծախսում հեռուստատեսային գովազդի վրա՝ Փաքսթոնին աջակցելու համար։ Թրամփը նրան անվանել է երկրի լավագույն գլխավոր դատախազներից մեկը և հայտարարել, որ մտադիր է շարունակել աջակցել նրա քարոզարշավին։

Խոսելով Տեխասի հարավում հանրապետականների՝ լատինաամերիկացիների ձայների համար պայքարի մասին՝ Թրամփը հայտարարել է, որ ակնկալում է ընտրողների այս խմբի աջակցությունը։ Նա հիշեցրել է 2024 թվականի ընտրությունների արդյունքները և հայտարարել, որ հանրապետականները նահանգում գտնվում են «շատ ուժեղ դիրքում»։

Միաժամանակ նախագահը խոստովանել է, որ ներկայիս իրավիճակը տարբերվում է նախորդ ընտրություններից. 2026 թվականին ինքը չի առաջադրվում։ «Երբ առաջադրվում եք և երբ չեք առաջադրվում՝ մեծ տարբերություն կա», — ասել է Թրամփը՝ կոչ անելով իր կողմնակիցներին քվեարկել հանրապետական թեկնածուների օգտին։
