ՌԴ-ն եւ Իրանը պայմանավորվել են շարունակել փոխադարձ այցերը սերտ երկխոսությունը պահպանելու նպատակով: Այդ մասին, հայտնել Է Իրանի դիվանագիտական մի աղբյուր՝ ամփոփելով հեռախոսազրույցի արդյունքները, որը տեղի Է ունեցել Իսլամական Հանրապետության ԱԳ նախարարության ներկայացուցիչ Հոսեյն Ամիր Աբդոլահիյանի եւ ՌԴ նախագահի՝ Մերձավոր Արեւելքի եւ Աֆրիկայի երկրների հարցերով հատուկ ներկայացուցիչ, արտաքին գործերի նախարարի տեղակալ Միխայիլ Բոգդանովի միջեւ:
«Կողմերը շարունակել են սիրիական խնդրին վերաբերող քննարկումները,-ասել Է նա:-Պայմանավորվածություն Է ձեռք բերվել շարունակել սերտ շփումները: Բոգդանովը մոտ ապագայում կայցելի Թեհրան՝ շարունակելու երկխոսությունը»:
Նախօրյակին Ռուսաստանի պաշտպանության նախարար Սերգեյ Շոյգուն այցով ժամանել Է Թեհրան՝ հանդիպելու իրանցի պաշտոնակցի եւ այդ երկրի նախագահ Հասան Ռոուհանիի հետ: Ինչպես տեղեկացրել Է իրանական կողմը, Ռոուհանիի հետ հանդիպմանը հանգամանորեն քննարկվել Է սիրիական պրոբլեմատիկան:
Տեղական ԶԼՄ-ները հայտնել են, որ Շոյգուն Ռոուհանիին Է փոխանցել Ռուսաստանի ղեկավար Վլադիմիր Պուտինի ուղերձը, որը վերաբերում Է Սիրիայի իրադրության կարգավորման բանակցային գործընթացին: Կողմերը քննարկել են նաեւ երկկողմ համագործակցության եւ շփումների զարգացման հարցերը, հաղորդել Է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
