Մեր որոշ լրագրողների ու վերլուծաբանների նեղլիկ աշխարհայացքը թույլ չի տալի հասկանալ Իրանի հետ փոխհարաբերությունների restart-ի ակտուալությունն ու իրապես խոստումնալից հեռանկարների կարևորությունը։
Կարելի է ասել, որ այս թեմայի շուրջ անդրադարձ անողների մեծամասնության համար, թեման սկսվում և ավարտվում է իրանական գազի մատակարարումների հարցով, մինչդեռ, սա մեղմ ասած ամենաանհետաքրքիր հեռանկարն է՝ Իրանի հետ տնտեսական հարաբերությունների զարգացման հարցում։
Մերոնք չենն հասկանում, որ իրականում Հայաստանի համար խնդիրը ոչ թե գազի դիվերսիֆիկացված շուկաներ չունենալն է, այլ քաղաքական կամքի բացակայությունը՝ առկա խաղի կանոնները փոխելու համար։ Եթե ավելի պարզ ասենք, ապա կարելի է նույնիսկ առանց իրանական գազի հասնել նրան, որպեսզի Ռուսաստանն ավելի էժանով մատակարարարի գազը մի կողմից և կարելի է ստիպել ԳազՊրոմին, որպեսզի արդեն Հայաստանում գազի ներքին սպառումը ավելի մարդասիրական ու ադեկվատ գնագոյացմամբ արվի։
Իսկ Իրանի հետ հարաբերությունները շատ ավելի լուրջ հեռանկարներ ունեն, քան էներգակիրների ավելի դիվերսիֆիկացված շուկա ունենալը։ Պետք է հասկանալ, որ Իրանի հետ սերտ հարաբերությունների շնորհիվ, Հայաստանը կարող է դառնալ շատ լուրջ տարանցիկ հանգույց՝ Իրանի ու արտաքին աշխարհի միջև, ընդ որում, ոչ թե զուտ խողովակաշարերի մասով, այլև ցամաքային լոգիստիկ փոխադրումների համար, որոնք կարվեն երկաթուղով ու դեռ կառուցվող Հյուսիս-Հարավ մայրուղով։ Բացի դրանից, ամեն ինչ գնում է դեպի ավելի սերտ ռազմաքաղաքական համագործակցության՝ Ռուսաստանի և Իրանի միջև և այդ ռազմաքաղաքական դաշինքը միավորող ամրակը հենց Հայաստանը կարող է դառնալ։ ու ոչ միայն քաղաքական առումով, այլև կրկին անգամ լոգիստիկայի ու ռազմական փոխադրումների մասով։
Այս ամենը պետք է հասկանալ, որպեսզի ավելի շատ ու ավելի կարևոր հետևություններ անել նոր զարգացումներից։ Մի կառչեք նավթից ու գազից, առավել ևս, որ տեսանելի հեռանկարում դրանց դերակատարությունը գնալով նվազելու է գլոբալ տնտեսությունում։
