5 դեղ, որոնք արգելված են տալ երեխաներին․ կարող է առաջանալ ընհուպ մինչև մահ

Երեխայի ջերմությունը, հազը, ցավը կամ փորլուծությունը ծնողներին հաճախ ստիպում են արագ դեղամիջոց փնտրել։ Սակայն այն, որ դեղը մեծահասակի համար սովորական և հասանելի է, դեռ չի նշանակում, որ այն անվտանգ է երեխայի համար։ Երեխաների օրգանիզմը դեղամիջոցները կարող է յուրացնել այլ կերպ, իսկ սխալ դեղաչափը կամ տարիքին չհամապատասխանող դեղը երբեմն կարող է հանգեցնել ծանր թունավորման։

Past.am-ը ներկայացնում է դեղամիջոցների մի քանի տեսակ, որոնց դեպքում հատկապես կարևոր է պահպանել տարիքային սահմանափակումները և չզբաղվել ինքնաբուժմամբ։

1. Կոդեին

Կոդեինը օփիոիդային դեղամիջոց է, և երեխաների համար այն կարող է առանձնահատուկ վտանգավոր լինել։ ԱՄՆ Սննդամթերքի և դեղերի վարչության՝ FDA-ի տվյալներով՝ կոդեին ստացած երեխաների մոտ արձանագրվել են կյանքին սպառնացող շնչառական ընկճում և մահվան դեպքեր։

Կոդեինի օգտագործումը հակացուցված է մինչև 12 տարեկան երեխաների համար, իսկ նշիկների կամ ադենոիդների հեռացումից հետո ցավի դեպքում այն հակացուցված է մինչև 18 տարեկանների համար։

2. Տրամադոլ

Տրամադոլը ևս օփիոիդային ցավազրկող է։ FDA-ի հրապարակած դեղի պիտակի համաձայն՝ երեխաների մոտ տրամադոլի օգտագործումից արձանագրվել են կյանքին վտանգ սպառնացող շնչառական ընկճում և մահ։

Տրամադոլը հակացուցված է մինչև 12 տարեկան երեխաների համար, իսկ նշիկների կամ ադենոիդների վիրահատությունից հետո ցավի բուժման նպատակով՝ մինչև 18 տարեկանների համար։

3. Պրոմեթազին

Պրոմեթազին պարունակող որոշ դեղամիջոցներ հատկապես վտանգավոր են փոքր երեխաների համար։ Դրանք կարող են առաջացնել շնչառության լուրջ ընկճում։

FDA-ի դեղերի պիտակներում նշվում է, որ պրոմեթազինը հակացուցված է մինչև 2 տարեկան երեխաների համար՝ շնչառական ընկճման և մահվան վտանգի պատճառով։

4. Լոպերամիդ

Լոպերամիդը փորլուծության դեմ օգտագործվող դեղամիջոց է, սակայն այն չի կարելի պարզապես տալ փոքր երեխային՝ հատկապես առանց բժշկի խորհրդի։

Դեղամիջոցի գործող պիտակի համաձայն՝ լոպերամիդը հակացուցված է 2 տարեկանից փոքր երեխաներին։ Նշվում են շնչառական ընկճման և լուրջ սրտային կողմնակի ազդեցությունների ռիսկեր, իսկ փոքր երեխաների մոտ գրանցվել են նաև սրտի կանգի դեպքեր։

5. Ասպիրին

Ասպիրինը ևս այն դեղերից է, որը երեխաներին չի կարելի տալ ինքնուրույն՝ հատկապես վիրուսային վարակների ժամանակ։

Մասնավորապես, NHS-ը խորհուրդ է տալիս ասպիրին չտալ 15 տարեկանից փոքր երեխաներին, քանի որ հազվադեպ դեպքերում այն կարող է կապված լինել Ռեյի համախտանիշի հետ՝ լուրջ վիճակ, որը կարող է վնասել ուղեղն ու լյարդը։

Իսկ հազի և մրսածության դեղե՞րը

Առանձին ուշադրության են արժանի առանց դեղատոմսի վաճառվող հազի և մրսածության դեմ պատրաստուկները։ FDA-ն խորհուրդ չի տալիս նման դեղամիջոցներ օգտագործել 2 տարեկանից փոքր երեխաների մոտ, քանի որ դրանք կարող են առաջացնել լուրջ և նույնիսկ կյանքին վտանգ սպառնացող կողմնակի ազդեցություններ։ Շատ պատրաստուկներ միաժամանակ մի քանի ակտիվ բաղադրիչ են պարունակում, ինչի պատճառով սխալ համակցման դեպքում հնարավոր է նաև գերդոզավորում։

Past.am-ը ևս մեկ անգամ հիշեցնում է՝ երեխային դեղամիջոց տալուց առաջ պետք է հաշվի առնել նրա տարիքը, քաշը, առողջական վիճակը և տվյալ դեղի ցուցումները։ Մեծահասակների համար նախատեսված դեղի փոքրացված չափաբաժինը ինքնաբերաբար «մանկական դեղաչափ» չի դառնում։

Եթե երեխան պատահաբար ընդունել է մեծահասակների համար նախատեսված դեղ, ընդունել է նախատեսվածից ավելի դեղաչափ կամ ունի արտահայտված քնկոտություն, շնչառության դժվարություն, ցնցումներ, գիտակցության փոփոխություն կամ այլ անհանգստացնող ախտանշաններ, անհրաժեշտ է անհապաղ դիմել շտապ բժշկական օգնության։
