Հանրապետությունում հունիս-հուլիսին վարչական տուգանքի է ենթարկվել 158 գազալցակայան

ՀՀ ՏԿԱԻ նախարարի հրամանով ստեղծված աշխատանքային խմբերը շարունակում են ուսումնասիրությունները հանրապետության ԱԳԼՃԿ-ներում: Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման և արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարությունից, ստուգումների արդյունքում հունիս և հուլիս ամիսներին Երևան քաղաքի, Կոտայքի, Սյունիքի, Տավուշի, Լոռու, Արագածոտնի, Վայոց ձորի, Շիրակի և Գեղարքունիքի մարզերի 173 ԱԳԼՃԿ-ների համար կազմվել են արձանագրություններ՝ հրդեհային անվտանգության կանոնները չկատարելու կամ խախտելու վերաբերյալ, իսկ դրանցից 158-ն արդեն իսկ ենթարկվել է վարչական տուգանքի՝ 25-150 հազար դրամի չափով (ընդամենը՝ 10 385 000 դրամ):
Չորս ԱԳԼՃԿ-ների նկատմամբ, հրդեհային անվտանգության պահանջների խախտման համար, կայացվել են որոշումներ՝ դրանց հետագա շահագործումը դադարեցնելու վերաբերյալ:
Առավել տարածված հակահրդեհային թերություններն են՝ ԱԳԼՃԿ-ի արտաքին հրդեհաշիջման համար նախատեսված չէ հակահրդեհային ջրավազան կամ հրշեջ հիդրանտ, պահպանված չեն ինչպես ԱԳԼՃԿ-ի և գազալցակայանին չպատկանող շենքերի ու շինությունների, այնպես էլ ԱԳԼՃԿ-ի տարածքում իրեն պատկանող շենքերի, շինությունների և սարքավորումների միջև նորմերով պահանջվող հակահրդեհային միջտարածությունները, ԱԳԼՃ Կ-ներն ապահովված չեն հրդեհաշիջման սկզբնական միջոցներով, մասնավորապես՝ կրակմարիչներով, էլեկտրասարքավորումները շահագործվում են հրդեհային անվտանգության կանոնների խախտումներով, ԱԳԼՃԿ-ի տարածքի տեսանելի վայրերում փակցված չեն ծխելու և բաց կրակի օգտագործումն արգելող ցուցանակներ և այլն:
Տասներկու ԱԳԼՃԿ-ում կազմվել են արձանագրություններ՝ «Տեխնիկական անվտանգության ապահովման պետական կարգավորման մասին» ՀՀ օրենքի պահանջներին չհամապատասխանելու վերաբերյալ: Դրանցից երեքը՝ տեխնիկական անվտանգության փորձաքննություն չանցկացնելու համար, տուգանվել են մեկական միլիոն դրամով:
Երկու շարժական գազալցակայանների համար կազմվել են արձանագրությունններ՝ հրդեհային անվտանգության կանոնները չկատարելու, ինչպես նաև «Տեխնիկական անվտանգության ապահովման պետական կարգավորման մասին» ՀՀ օրենքի 11-րդ հոդվածով նախատեսված տեխ նիկական անվտանգության փորձաքննություն չանցկացնելու վերաբերյալ:
Օբյեկտների ղեկավարներին տրվել են կարգադրագրեր՝ հրդեհային անվտանգության կանոնները պահպանելու և առկա թերությունները վերացնելու համար: Նրանց իրազեկել են նաև հրդեհային ու տեխնիկական անվտանգության ոլորտի օրենսդրության հիմնական պահանջներին, դրանց կատարման համար պարտականություններին, ինչպես նաև չկատարման դեպքում՝ ՀՀ օրենսդրությամբ նախատեսված պատասխանատվության միջոցների մասին:
Առաջիկայում խստացված ռեժիմով ստուգայցերը շարունակվելու են Արարատի և Արմավիրի մարզերում՝ վերահսկողության տակ պահելով նաև շարժական գազալցակայանները:
