«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
ՏՈՆԵՐ ԵՎ ՀԻՇԱՐԺԱՆ ՕՐԵՐ
Աշխարհի բազմաթիվ երկրներ, այդ թվում՝ Հայաստան՝ Գիտելիքի օր, Սլովակիա՝ Սահմանադրության օր, Ուզբեկստան՝ Անկախության օր։
ՀԱՅ-ՀԱՅԱՍՏԱՆ
570 - կնքվել է հայ-բյուզանդական դաշինքը։
1387 - Լենկ Թեմուրի զորքը պաշարել և գրավել է Վանի բերդը։
1850 - Թիֆլիսում սկսել է հրատարակվել «Արարատ» շաբաթաթերթը, խմբագիր՝ Գաբրիել Պատկանյան։
1860- Կ. Պոլսում հիմնվել է «Համազգային ընկերությունը» Միքայել Նալբանդյանի ակտիվ մասնակցությամբ։
1868 –տեղի է ունեցել Երևանի գիմնազիայի բացումը։
1886- Կ. Պոլսի Ղալաթիա թաղամասում Մինաս Չերազի տեսչությամբ բացվել է Կենտրոնական վարժարանը։
1889- ծնվել է գրող, արձակագիր Վահան Թոթովենցը։
1920- Բաքվում բացվել է Արևելքի ժողովուրդների առաջին համագումարը, որին մասնակցել են նաև հայ ներկայացուցիչները։
1922- ծնվել է գրականագետ Հակոբ Սալախյանը։
1929 –ծնվել է կոմպոզիտոր, դիրիժոր Սերգեյ Աղաջանյանը։
1958- ՀԽՍՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարարությանն առընթեր կազմակերպվել է հողագործության և ագրոքիմիայի գիտահետազոտական ինստիտուտը։
1966- Խորհրդային Հայաստանը խնդրագրեր է ուղարկել Մոսկվայի կենտրոնական իշխանություններին՝ Արցախը Հայաստանին վերադարձնելու հարցով։
1997 - ԼՂՀ-ում կայացած նախագահական ընտրություններում հաղթել է ԼՂՀ արտգործնախարար Արկադի Ղուկասյանը։
2001-«Արմենտել» ՀՁ ՓԲԸ-ն Հայաստանում ներքաղաքային հեռախոսներից օգտվելու համար սահմանել է րոպեավճար:
2009- հրապարակվել են Շվեյցարիայի միջնորդությամբ հայ-թուրքական երկկողմ հարաբերությունների զարգացման և երկու երկրների միջև դիվանագիտական հարաբերություններ հաստատելու մասին արձանագրությունները:
2001 – վախճանվել է հայազգի ամերիկացի կոմպոզիտոր, գործիքավորող և ջազային կիթառիստ Թըրք Վեն Լեյքը։
2020- Արմավիրում և Երևանում տնայնագործական եղանակով պատրաստված ալկոհոլային խմիչքից թունավորումից 19 քաղաքացի է մահացել, 4-ը կուրացել է:
2022- Արցախի ՊԲ նախկին հրամանատար, Արցախի նախագահի խորհրդական Միքայել Արզումանյանը կալանավորվել է։
2023- Սոթքի հատվածում տեղակայված հայկական դիրքերի ուղղությամբ Ադրբեջանի ԶՈՒ կրակի հետևանքով հայկական կողմն ունեցել է 3 զոհ, 1 վիրավոր:
ԱՇԽԱՐՀ
1557 – վախճանվել է Հյուսիսային Ամերիկայի գաղութացման սկիզբը դրած ֆրանսիացի ծովագնաց Ժակ Կարտիեն։
1712 – Չինաստանում գտնվող միսիոներ Ֆրանսուա Քսավիե դե Անտրեկոլը Ֆրանսիա է ուղարկել նամակ, որը բացահայտել է չինական ճենապակու գաղտնիքը, նման կերպ Եվրոպան ստացել է ճենապակու պատրաստման տեխնոլոգիա։
1715- վախճանվել է Բուրբոնների հարստության Ֆրանսիայի և Նավարայի թագավոր Լյուդովիկոս 14-րդը, որը հայտնի է նաև որպես «Արև-Արքա»։
1858 – առաջին Տրանսատլանտյան մալուխը դուրս է եկել շարքից ընդամենը մեկամսյա շահագործումից հետո։
1870 – Ֆրանս-պրուսական պատերազմի ժամանակ ֆրանսիական բանակը ջախջախվել է Սեդանի տակ տեղի ունեցած ճակատամարտում, իսկ կայսր Նապոլեոն 3-րդը գերի է ընկել։
1887 – Էմիլ Բեռլիները արտոնագրել է գրամոֆոնային սկավառակը։
1920 – Ֆրանսիան հայտարարել է Բեյրութ մայրաքաղաքով Լիբանան պետության ստեղծման մասին։
1939- Լեհաստանի վրա գերմանացիների հարձակումով սկսվել է Երկրորդ համաշխարհային պատերազմը։
1969 – Լիբիայում տեղի է ունեցել ռազմական հեղաշրջում։
1971 – Կատարը հայտարարել է իր անկախությունը։
2004 – Ռուսաստանի Բեսլան քաղաքում (Հյուսիսային Օսեթիա) ահաբեկիչները գրավել են դպրոցը։
2006- կնքվել է ռուսաստանյան ռազմակայանների դուրսբերման ռուս-վրացական համաձայնագիրը:
