Օգոստոսի 27-ին ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության Պարեկային ծառայության Արագածոտնի մարզի գումարտակի պարեկը և կրտսեր պարեկը, վտանգելով իրենց կյանքը, Արագածոտնի մարզում կանխել են քաղաքացու առևանգումը, ում պետք է սպանեին։

Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, այդ օրը ժամը 23:40-ի սահմաններում Ապարանում Պարեկային ծառայության կարգախումբը նկատում է Աշտարակ-Ապարան ավտոճանապարհին անկանոն երթևեկող «ՎԱԶ 2107» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենան։

Պարեկները կանգնեցնում են նշված ավտոմեքենան և մոտենալով՝ վարորդը փորձում է շարժիչը միացնել, որպեսզի դիմի փախուստի, սակայն պարեկը կարողանում է կանխել նրա փախուստը՝ ձեռքը մտցնում է ավտոմեքենայի մեջ և անջատում ավտոմեքենան ու հանում բանալին։

Տեղում պարեկներն օգնություն են խնդրում իրենց գործընկերներներից, ովքեր օպերատիվորեն ժամանում և նշված ավտոմեքենան ու այնտեղ գտնվող անձանց տեղափոխում են ոստիկանության Աշտարակի բաժին։ 

Ֆոտոլրագրողի տեղեկություններով վարորդը եղել է Արագածոտնի մարզի բնակիչ  44-ամյա Ֆրունզե Կ.-ն, իսկ ուղևորները եղել են  Շիրակի մարզի բնակիչ 44-ամյա Միքայել Մ.-ն, Արմավիրի մարզի բնակիչ 35-ամյա Աննա Կ.-ն և Արարատի մարզի բնակիչ 44-ամյա Վարդան Ս.-ն։

Ֆոտոլրագրողի տեղեկություններով՝ նշված անձինք Միքայել Մ.-ին առևանգել են Աշտարակ քաղաքի Մուղնի թաղամասից և նրանք մտադրություն են ունեցել Միքայել Մ.-ի նկատմամբ հաշվեհարդար տեսնել, սակայն իրենց կամքից անկախ հանգամանքներում հանցագործությունը չեն կարողացել հասցնել ավարտին՝ շնորհիվ պարեկների։

Ֆոտոլրագրողի տեղեկություններով՝ ավտոմեքենայում նրանց հետ ևս մեկ հոգի է եղել, ում հաջողվել է դիմել փախուստի, իսկ Միքայել Մ.-ին առևանգել են, քանի որ նա գումարային պարտք ու պահանջի խնդիր է ունեցել առևանգողներից Ֆրունզե Կ.-ի հետ։

Դեպքի փաստով ոստիկանության Աշտարակի բաժնում «մարդու առևանգում» հատկանիշներով փաստաթղթեր են կազմվել, որոնք փոխանցվել են ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեի Արագածոտնի մարզային քննչական վարչություն՝ հետագա ընթացքը լուծելու համար։

Ոստիկանությունն ու քննչական բաժինը ձեռնարկում են անհրաժեշտ միջոցառումներ՝ փախուստի դիմած անձի ինքնությունը ճշտելու, նրան հայտնաբերելու ուղղությամբ։
