Սևանա լճից ընդամենը 1.5 կմ հեռավորության վրա՝ Ծովագյուղի հարևանությամբ, «Սանի Լենդ» ՍՊԸ-ն, առանց բնապահպանական փորձաքննության, ասֆալտի գործարան է աշխատեցնում։

Ավելին՝ «խելացի անասնագոմ» կառուցելու համար պետությունից 17.5 միլիոն դրամ ստացած, սակայն ծրագիրը տապալած ընկերությունն այժմ փորձում է նույն տարածքում հիմնել նաև ցեմենտի արտադրամաս։ Չնայած Սևանա լճի ավազանի անմիջական ազդեցության գոտում հանքանյութեր վերամշակող օբյեկտներ հիմնելու օրենսդրական արգելքին և մասնագետների բացասական կարծիքներին՝ տեղական իշխանություններն ու ընկերությունը առաջ են մղում վտանգավոր այս ծրագիրը։

Սևան համայնքի Ծովագյուղ բնակավայրի մոտ՝ Սևանա լճից ընդամենը 1.5 կմ հեռավորության վրա, «Սանի Լենդ» ՍՊԸ-ն ասֆալտի գործարան է աշխատեցնում։ Այժմ էլ ընկերությունը փորձում է պետական մարմինների և տեղական իշխանությունների համաձայնությամբ նույն տարածքում ցեմենտի, գիպսի և հանքային փոշու արտադրություն հիմնել։ Տարածքը, որտեղ ընկերությունն իրականացնում և ծրագրում է ընդլայնել գործունեությունը, Սևանի ավազանի անմիջական ազդեցության գոտում է։

Ըստ «Սևանա լճի մասին» օրենքի 10-րդ հոդվածի՝ անմիջական ազդեցության գոտում արգելվում է հանքանյութեր վերամշակող օբյեկտների տեղաբաշխումը։ «Հետքը» փորձել է պարզել, թե ինչպես է «Սանի Լենդ»-ին հաջողվել այս տարածքում ասֆալտի գործարան շահագործել և հիմա էլ պատրաստվում է ցեմենտի արտադրամաս կառուցել։

2025 թվականի հուլիսի 30-ին Ծովագյուղում անցկացված հանրային լսումների առաջին փուլում դրական կարծիք տրվեց «Սանի Լենդ» ընկերության արտադրական պլաններին։ Դրա հիման վրա Սևանի համայնքապետ Սարգիս Մուրադյանը սեպտեմբերի 17-ին ստորագրեց նախնական համաձայնության որոշումը՝ Սևան-Դիլիջան մայրուղու 7-8կմ (1/1 հողամաս) հասցեում Շրջակա միջավայրի վրա ազդեցության գնահատման (ՇՄԱԳ) հաշվետվության վերաբերյալ։

Ըստ հաշվետվության՝ ընկերությունը նախատեսում է իրեն պատկանող արտադրական հողամասում տեղադրել 19.0 մ x 11.5 մ չափսերով գնդային աղաց և «չոր» տեխնոլոգիայով (արտադրական կեղտաջրեր չպետք է առաջանան) իրականացնել հանքային փոշու, գիպսի և ցեմենտի արտադրություն՝ օրական մինչև 90 տոննա արտադրողականությամբ։
