Ռուս-ուկրաինական պատերազմը շարունակում է մնալ լարված։ Վերջին օրերին կողմերը շարունակում են հարվածները, իսկ ռազմաճակատի տարբեր հատվածներում մարտերը չեն դադարում։ Ռուսաստանը շարունակում է ճնշումը Դոնբասի ուղղությամբ, իսկ Ուկրաինան փորձում է հակազդել ինչպես առաջնագծում, այնպես էլ Ռուսաստանի տարածքին հասցվող հեռահար հարվածներով։

Վերջին օրերի ամենածանր դեպքերից մեկը տեղի է ունեցել Լուգանսկի շրջանում, որտեղ, ռուսական կողմի հաղորդմամբ, ուկրաինական հարվածի հետևանքով ավտոբուսում 9 մարդ է զոհվել։ Տեղեկությունը անկախ աղբյուրներով ամբողջությամբ հաստատված չէ։

Միաժամանակ Ռուսաստանը հայտարարել է, որ վերջին ամիսներին իր ուժերը հարավ-արևելքում գրավել են 19 բնակավայր Դնեպրոպետրովսկի և Զապորոժիեի շրջաններում։ Ուկրաինական կողմը, սակայն, հայտարարում է որոշ ուղղություններում սեփական առաջխաղացման մասին, այդ պատճառով տարածքային փոփոխությունների վերաբերյալ կողմերի թվերը պետք է զգուշությամբ դիտարկել։

Past.am-ի ուսումնասիրած վերջին տվյալների համաձայն՝ պատերազմը շարունակում է ունենալ նաև ծանր քաղաքացիական հետևանքներ։ ՄԱԿ-ի տվյալներով՝ միայն հուլիսին Ուկրաինայում առնվազն 286 խաղաղ բնակիչ է զոհվել, 1 380-ը՝ վիրավորվել, իսկ երեխաների շրջանում գրանցվել է 17 զոհ և 166 վիրավոր։

Լարվածությունը մեծանում է նաև Ռուսաստանի և արևմտյան երկրների հարաբերություններում։ Մոսկվան վերջին օրերին սպառնացել է թիրախավորել բրիտանական ռազմական օբյեկտներ՝ ի պատասխան Ուկրաինայի կողմից բրիտանական արտադրության հեռահար հրթիռների կիրառման։

Իսկ ե՞րբ կավարտվի պատերազմը

Այս պահին ոչ ոք չի կարող վստահորեն ասել, թե պատերազմի ավարտի կոնկրետ ամսաթիվը երբ կլինի։ Դիվանագիտական գործընթացը շարունակվում է, սակայն կողմերի դիրքորոշումները դեռ զգալիորեն հեռու են միմյանցից։ Հիմնական տարաձայնությունները կապված են տարածքների, անվտանգության երաշխիքների և պատերազմի ավարտի պայմանների հետ։

Ուկրաինայի նախագահ Վոլոդիմիր Զելենսկին հայտարարել է, որ ԱՄՆ միջնորդությամբ բանակցությունների համար դիվանագիտական հնարավորություն կարող է պահպանվել մինչև 2027 թվականի ամառը։ Սակայն դա պատերազմի ավարտի կանխատեսում չէ, այլ բանակցությունների հնարավոր ժամանակային պատուհանի գնահատական։

Այս պահին առավել իրատեսական գնահատականն այն է, որ պատերազմը կարող է ավարտվել ոչ թե մեկ հարվածով կամ մեկ հայտարարությամբ, այլ երկար բանակցությունների և հնարավոր հրադադարի միջոցով։ Past.am-ը հետևելու է ինչպես ճակատում տեղի ունեցող փոփոխություններին, այնպես էլ խաղաղության բանակցությունների շուրջ զարգացումներին։
