8. Նվազագույն կենսաթոշակը կազմում է 3000 դոլար:

9.Հոբելյանական տարեդարձի ժամանակ Քուվեյթի քաղաքացիները պետության կողմից գումար են ստանում: Օրինակ 50-րդ տարեդարձին քաղաքացին ստանում է 3500 ԱՄՆ դոլար:

10. Գիտական աստիճանանին համապատասխան հեվալավճար է սահմանված. մագիստրոսները ստանում են 700 ԱՄՆ դոլար, դոկտորի կոչում ունեցողները` 1400 ԱՄՆ դոլար:
