2027 թվականից էլեկտրոնային ՀԴՄ-ի կտրոնների համար կգործեն նոր կարգավորումներ

2027 թվականի հունվարի 1-ից էլեկտրոնային ՀԴՄ-ների կտրոնների վերաբերյալ կգործեն նոր հստակեցումներ։ Փոփոխությունները նախատեսված են ՀՀ կառավարության որոշման նախագծով, որը ներկայացվել է հանրային քննարկման։
Նոր կարգավորումները վերաբերում են այն դեպքերին, երբ նույն գործարքի շրջանակում հաճախորդին տրամադրվում են ինչպես հաշվարկային փաստաթուղթ, այնպես էլ ՀԴՄ կտրոն։
Ի՞նչ է նախատեսվում
Եթե գործարքի ընթացքում տրամադրվում է հարկային հաշիվ, հաշիվ-վավերագիր կամ ԱԱՀ-ի վերադարձի հարկային հաշիվ և միաժամանակ ՀԴՄ կտրոն, ապա համապատասխան փաստաթղթում պետք է նշվի կտրոնի համարը։
Այս պահանջը կվերաբերի նաև էլեկտրոնային ՀԴՄ-ի էլեկտրոնային կտրոններին։
Այսինքն՝ էլեկտրոնային կտրոնի տվյալներն էլ պետք է հաշվի առնվեն հաշվարկային փաստաթղթերի ձևակերպման ժամանակ։
Փոփոխությունները վերաբերում են նաև այն դեպքերին, երբ գործարքից հետո կատարվում է ճշգրտում․ այդ դեպքում համապատասխան փոփոխություն պետք է կատարվի նաև հաշվարկային փաստաթղթում։
Ե՞րբ կգործի
Նոր կարգավորումները նախատեսվում է կիրառել 2027 թվականի հունվարի 1-ից։
Ըստ նախագծի՝ փոփոխության նպատակն է գործող կանոնները համապատասխանեցնել էլեկտրոնային ՀԴՄ-ների կիրառման նոր իրավական պահանջներին և հստակեցնել նույն գործարքի շրջանակում տրամադրվող փաստաթղթերի ու կտրոնների կապը։
Past.am-ը հետևում է հարկային և ֆինանսական ոլորտում նախատեսվող փոփոխություններին և կներկայացնի նաև դրանց գործնական ազդեցությունը քաղաքացիների ու բիզնեսի վրա։
Կարևոր է, որ նոր կարգավորումը չի վերացնում ՀԴՄ կտրոնի համարը հաշվարկային փաստաթղթում նշելու պահանջը․ այն պարզապես հստակեցնում է, որ այդ պահանջը տարածվում է նաև էլեկտրոնային ՀԴՄ-ի էլեկտրոնային կտրոնի վրա։
Past.am-ի ընթերցողները պետք է նկատի ունենան, որ այս պահին խոսքը կառավարության որոշման նախագծի մասին է, և մինչև վերջնական ընդունումը դրանում կարող են փոփոխություններ լինել։
