Չելյաբինսկի մարզի Կորկինո քաղաքում երկու փոքրիկ աղջիկ էլեկտրական վնասվածքներ են ստացել այն բանից հետո, երբ նրանցից մեկը մտել է բաց տրանսֆորմատորային խցիկ։ Դեպքը տեղի է ունեցել օգոստոսին՝ հայտնում է Past.am-ը հղում անելով chel.aif.ru-ին։
Նախնական տեղեկություններով՝ երեխաները խաղացել են մասնավոր տների հարակից տարածքում։ Այդ հատվածում երեխաների համար նախատեսված խաղահրապարակներ գրեթե չկան, և նրանք հաճախ ժամանակ են անցկացնում բաց տարածքներում։
Խաղի ընթացքում աղջիկներից մեկը մոտեցել է տրանսֆորմատորային խցիկին, որի դուռը փակված չի եղել։ Երեխան հայտնվել է էլեկտրական վտանգի տակ։ Նրա ընկերուհին անմիջապես փորձել է օգնել և նրան դուրս բերել խցիկից։ Արդյունքում երկու երեխաներն էլ վնասվածքներ են ստացել։
Աղջիկներից մեկը ծանր վիճակում տեղափոխվել է հիվանդանոց և որոշ ժամանակ գտնվել վերակենդանացման բաժանմունքում։ Նրան վիրահատել են, իսկ ընտանիքի փոխանցմամբ՝ հետագայում ևս բուժում և վիրահատական միջամտություններ կարող են անհրաժեշտ լինել։
Մյուս երեխայի վնասվածքները համեմատաբար թեթև են եղել, սակայն նրա առողջական վիճակը նույնպես պահանջել է բժշկական հսկողություն։
Դեպքից հետո տարածքի բնակիչները բարձրացրել են տրանսֆորմատորային խցիկի անվտանգության հարցը։ Նրանց խոսքով՝ այն երկար ժամանակ հասանելի է եղել երեխաների համար։ Միջադեպից հետո խցիկի վրա կողպեք է տեղադրվել։
Այս դեպքը ևս մեկ անգամ ուշադրություն է հրավիրել այն խնդրի վրա, թե որքան վտանգավոր կարող են լինել երեխաների համար բաց կամ չպաշտպանված էլեկտրական ենթակառուցվածքները։ Մասնագետները հատկապես կարևորում են, որ նման տարածքները պետք է ֆիզիկապես անհասանելի լինեն երեխաների համար, քանի որ միայն նախազգուշացումները միշտ բավարար չեն։
Ինչ անել էլեկտրական վնասվածքի դեպքում
Մասնագետների հիմնական խորհուրդն է՝ նախևառաջ չդիպչել տուժածին, եթե նա դեռ գտնվում է էլեկտրական հոսանքի ազդեցության տակ։ Անհրաժեշտ է հնարավորության դեպքում անջատել հոսանքի աղբյուրը և անմիջապես զանգահարել շտապօգնություն՝ 103 կամ 112 համարներով։
Եթե հոսանքն անջատելուց հետո երեխան չի արձագանքում կամ չի շնչում, անհրաժեշտ է սկսել առաջին օգնությունը՝ համապատասխան հմտությունների դեպքում։ Այրվածքների առկայության դեպքում դրանք պետք է ծածկել մաքուր, չոր վիրակապով՝ առանց վնասված հատվածին քսուքներ, յուղ կամ այլ նյութեր կիրառելու։
Բժիշկները նաև ընդգծում են, որ էլեկտրական վնասվածքի դեպքում երեխային անհրաժեշտ է բժշկական զննում նույնիսկ այն ժամանակ, երբ արտաքին վնասվածքները շատ տեսանելի չեն։ Էլեկտրական հոսանքը կարող է ազդել սրտի աշխատանքի և ներքին հյուսվածքների վրա։
