Հաթայի պատմական հայկական եկեղեցին ավերակի է վերածվել

Բազմամշակութային պատմությամբ և հարուստ հնագիտական ժառանգությամբ հայտնի Թուրքիայի Հաթայ նահանգի Դորթյոլ շրջանում՝ Օզերլի թաղամասում, տարիներ շարունակ անուշադրության մատնված հայկական եկեղեցու պատմական ավերակներ են պահպանվել։ Ենթադրվում է, որ դրանք 1877 թվականին կառուցված Սուրբ Գրիգոր Լուսավորիչ եկեղեցու ավերակներն են։
Հայտնում է ermenihaber-ը։
Թեև կառույցի պաշտոնական անվանումը դեռ հստակեցված չէ, Կ․ Պոլսի Հայոց պատրիարքարանի արձանագրությունների համաձայն՝ այն կարող է լինել հենց այդ եկեղեցին։ Պատմական աղբյուրների համաձայն՝ 19-րդ դարի վերջին Օզերլին 300 տուն ունեցող աշխույժ բնակավայր էր՝ 250 հայկական և 50 մուսուլման ընտանիքներով։ Գյուղում գործել են եկեղեցի, դպրոց, շուկա և այլ կառույցներ։
Այսօր եկեղեցու շենքը գտնվում է անմխիթար վիճակում։ Հին տանիքը փլուզվել է, այն ծածկվել է ինքնաշեն փայտե կառուցվածքով և կղմինդրով, իսկ պատուհանները փակվել են բետոնե բլոկներով։ Գլխավոր մուտքի պատմական արձանագրությունը ևս ապամոնտաժվել է։ Կառույցը տարիներ շարունակ օգտագործվել է որպես ախոռ և այծերի ապաստարան, ինչի հետևանքով լրջորեն վնասվել է։
Ենթադրվում է, որ եկեղեցու պահպանության հիմնական խոչընդոտներից մեկը դրա սեփականության անորոշ կարգավիճակն է։ Կադաստրային գրանցումներում այն նշված է որպես «ավերակ շենք և հողատարածք», այլ ոչ թե պատմական կամ կրոնական կառույց։
Այսօր բետոնե բլոկներով փակված պատուհաններով, ներկված, վնասված պատերով և քայքայվող տանիքով եկեղեցին Հաթայի բազմաշերտ պատմական ժառանգության լուռ վկան է՝ կանգնած ամբողջական կորստի վտանգի առաջ։
Նշենք, որ Թուրքիայում մշակութային արժեքների պահպանության օրենսդրության համաձայն՝ մասնավոր սեփականություն հանդիսացող, սակայն չգրանցված կամ գրանցման գործընթացը փակուղի մտած նման կառույցները կարող են պետական պահպանությունից դուրս մնալ՝ օտարման համար անհրաժեշտ ֆինանսական միջոցների սահմանափակության, ինչպես նաև սեփականության անձեռնմխելիության հետ կապված իրավական սահմանափակումների պատճառով։ Միևնույն ժամանակ տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմինները ևս չեն կարող իրականացնել դրանց վերականգնումը։
