Էբոլայի նոր բռնկումը վերջին ամիսներին միջազգային առողջապահական լուրջ ուշադրության կենտրոնում է։ Հիվանդության տարածումը հատկապես մտահոգիչ է Կոնգոյի Դեմոկրատական Հանրապետությունում, որտեղ 2026 թվականի բռնկումը շարունակում է ակտիվ մնալ։ Առողջապահության համաշխարհային կազմակերպությունը այն դասակարգել է որպես միջազգային նշանակության հանրային առողջապահական արտակարգ իրավիճակ։

Սակայն Հայաստանի բնակիչների համար ամենակարևոր հարցը սա է՝ որքանո՞վ է Էբոլայի տարածման վտանգը մեր երկրում։

Հայաստանի Հիվանդությունների վերահսկման և կանխարգելման ազգային կենտրոնի վերջին գնահատմամբ՝ Էբոլայի Հայաստան ներմուծման և երկրում հետագա տարածման ռիսկը ցածր է։ Այսինքն՝ ներկայումս խոսք չկա Հայաստանում Էբոլայի լայն տարածման մասին։

Ինչպե՞ս է տարածվում Էբոլան

Էբոլան չի տարածվում սովորական մրսածության կամ գրիպի նման՝ օդով։ Վարակը հիմնականում փոխանցվում է վարակված մարդու արյան կամ այլ մարմնական հեղուկների հետ անմիջական շփման միջոցով։

Սա կարևոր տարբերություն է, քանի որ պարզապես նույն տարածքում գտնվելը կամ վարակված անձի կողքով անցնելը ինքնին չի նշանակում, որ մարդը վարակվելու է։

Ինչո՞ւ է այս պահին ամբողջ աշխարհը հետևում իրավիճակին

2026 թվականի բռնկումը կապված է Bundibugyo տեսակի Էբոլավիրուսի հետ։ ԱՀԿ-ի տվյալներով՝ այս տեսակի դեմ ներկայումս չկա լայն կիրառման համար հաստատված պատվաստանյութ կամ հատուկ բուժում, թեև թեկնածու պատվաստանյութերն ու բուժման մեթոդները ուսումնասիրվում են։

Օգոստոսի 20-ի տվյալներով՝ Կոնգոյի Դեմոկրատական Հանրապետությունում գրանցվել էր ավելի քան 5,200 հաստատված դեպք և ավելի քան 2,500 մահ, ինչը ցույց է տալիս բռնկման լրջությունը։

Այնուամենայնիվ, այդ թվերը չեն նշանակում, որ նույն վտանգը կա Հայաստանում։ Հայաստանի աշխարհագրական դիրքը, հիվանդության փոխանցման առանձնահատկությունները և հանրային առողջապահական վերահսկողության համակարգը էապես փոխում են իրավիճակի գնահատականը։

Ի՞նչ պետք է հիշեն Հայաստանի բնակիչները

Այս պահին խուճապի պատճառ չկա։ Հայաստանի համար գնահատված ռիսկը ցածր է, սակայն միջազգային բռնկման պայմաններում իրավիճակի մշտադիտարկումը կարևոր է։ Հատկապես կարևոր է հետևել առողջապահական պաշտոնական մարմինների հաղորդագրություններին, այլ ոչ թե սոցիալական ցանցերում տարածվող չստուգված տեղեկություններին։

Past.am-ը հետևում է միջազգային առողջապահական իրավիճակին և Հայաստանի համար հնարավոր ռիսկերին՝ ներկայացնելով դրանք առանց ավելորդ խուճապի, բայց նաև առանց խնդրի լրջությունը թերագնահատելու։
