Ադրբեջանը ոչ Արծվաշենն է վերադարձնելու, ոչ էլ ՀՀ օկուպացված տարածքներից է դուրս գալու․ ադրբեջանագետ

Ինչու՞ Ադրբեջանում չեն խոսում Արծվաշենը մեզ վերադարձնելու մասին․․․գրել է ադրբեջանագետ Տաթևիկ Հայրապետյանը:
«Քանի օր է՝ դրած ադրբեջանական մեդիա տիրույթում փնտրում եմ հայտարարություններ, նյութեր, որտեղ ասում են՝ Արծվաշենը հայկական տարածք է, դա ՀՀ տարածք է, պետք է ետ տալ Արծվաշենը։ Ի «զարմանս» ինձ՝ ոչ մի նման տեքստ չկա, փոխարենը կա խինդ, ուրախություն, հրճվանք ՀՀ ղեկավարի պաշտոնում նստած իրենց թեկնածուի տեքստերի վերաբերյալ, ով ջանք ու եռանդ չի խնայում ՀՀ տարածքում «ադրբեջանական» հողեր փնտրելու հարցում։
Փաշինյանի ու «Քանդենք պետություն» քաղաքական ուժի հարցում ինձ համար վաղուց ամեն ինչ պարզ է, ոչ միայն ինձ համար, վստահ եմ։ Իմ գնահատմամբ՝ իրենք ադրբեջանական շահերի սպասարկմամբ են զբաղված, ցավալի է դա, բայց իրենք դա վաղուց էլ չեն թաքցնում։ Մեր քննարկվելիքը պետք է լինի այլ հարցի շուրջ՝ ինչ անել, ինչպես անել, որ կանխել նոր տարածքների հանձնումը, ինչ անել, որ թույլ չտալ Ալիևի թելադրանքով ՀՀ-ում առհասարակ սահմանադրական հանրաքվեի անցկացումը։ Մենք այդ վտանգավոր զարգացումները կանխելու հնարավորությունը ունենք, մեր քննարկումը դրա մասին պետք է լինի։ Ոչ թե «վայ-վայ» կանչենք կամ քննարկենք, թե ինչպես են կործանում երկիրը, այլ ԿԱՆԽԵՆՔ։
Ի վերջո՝ թե՛ խորհրդարան անցած, թե՛ չանցած քաղաքական ուժերը հավաքական առումով ավելի մեծաթիվ ձայներ են տարել, քան «Քանդենք պետությունը» ուժը։ Ուրեմն այդ խնդիրը՝ կանխելու նոր տարածքների հանձնումը, միանգամայն լուծելի է, եթե աշխատանք տարվի՝ համառ, խելացի, կամային, եթե դրա մեջ ոչ թե ամեն մեկը իր «փայ»-ը ման գա, այլ ասի՝ սա մեր պետության հարցն է, սա բացարձակ առաջնահերթություն է, ուրեմն պետք է մի կողմ թողնել ամբիցիաները ու խելք խելքի տալ։
Ադրբեջանը ոչ Արծվաշեն է մեզ տալու, ոչ էլ ՀՀ օկուպացված տարածքներից է դուրս գալու, բոլորն էլ դա լավ հասկանում են, ուստի ոչ թե պետք է մենք մեր ուղեղում պատրաստվենք Ալիևի թեկնածուի հերթական զիջումներին, այլ պատրաստվենք այդ զիջումները կանխելուն։ Դրա հնարավորությունը կա, ուղղակի պետք է աշխատել․․․»,-գրել է նա։
