ԱՄՆ-ի Հարավային Կարոլինա նահանգում 27-ամյա կին է ձերբակալվել՝ իր երկու անչափահաս դուստրերին սեռական բռնության վտանգի ենթարկելու և նրանց նկատմամբ բռնությանը նպաստելու կասկածանքով։

Բերկլի շրջանի շերիֆի գրասենյակի փոխանցմամբ՝ Հելենա Նիկոլ Հոյլի նկատմամբ հետաքննությունը սկսվել է օգոստոսի 3-ին, երբ ոստիկանությունը ահազանգ է ստացել 4-ամյա երեխայի նկատմամբ ենթադրյալ սեռական բռնության մասին։

Քննիչները հարցաքննել են ինչպես 4-ամյա աղջկան, այնպես էլ նրա 7-ամյա քրոջը։ Ըստ գործի նյութերում ներկայացված տվյալների՝ երեխաները պատմել են, որ տարբեր դեպքերում իրենց նկատմամբ սեռական բռնություն են գործադրել մի քանի անհայտ տղամարդիկ։

Ոստիկանության վարկածով՝ երեխաների մայրը գիտակցաբար թույլ է տվել տղամարդկանց մուտք գործել երեխաների մոտ՝ դրա դիմաց գումար և թմրանյութեր ստանալու նպատակով։ Քննիչների տվյալներով՝ փոքր աղջիկը, իր տարիքի պատճառով, չի կարողացել նույնքան մանրամասն նկարագրել տեղի ունեցածը, սակայն հայտնել է, որ մի քանի տղամարդիկ անպատշաճ կերպով դիպչել են իրեն և քրոջը։

Ավագ դուստրը, ըստ քննության նյութերի, նաև պատմել է, որ ականատես է եղել քրոջ նկատմամբ սեռական բռնության։

Հոյլը ձերբակալվել է օգոստոսի 14-ին։ Նրան մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել մարդկանց թրաֆիքինգի երկու ծանր և երեխաների նկատմամբ անփութության երկու ծանր հոդվածներով։

Դատարանը նրա նկատմամբ սահմանել է ընդհանուր 250 հազար դոլարի գրավ՝ 75 հազարական դոլար մարդկանց թրաֆիքինգի յուրաքանչյուր մեղադրանքի և 50 հազարական դոլար՝ երեխաների նկատմամբ անփութության յուրաքանչյուր մեղադրանքի համար։

Կինը շարունակում է մնալ Բերկլի շրջանի բանտում։ Իրավապահները շարունակում են հետաքննությունը՝ երեխաների նկատմամբ բռնության մեջ կասկածվող տղամարդկանց ինքնությունը պարզելու և նրանց հայտնաբերելու ուղղությամբ։
