9 տարեկան աղջիկը անդադար ծիծաղի պատճառով հայտնվել է հիվանդանոցում

Բրազիլիայի Մինաս Ժերայս նահանգում 9-ամյա աղջիկը հոսպիտալացվել է այն բանից հետո, երբ մի քանի ժամ շարունակ չի կարողացել դադարեցնել ծիծաղը։ Տարօրինակ դեպքը տեղի է ունեցել դպրոցից տուն վերադառնալուց հետո։
Ինչպես հայտնում է Past.am-ը, Էդուարդա Բարբոսան այդ օրը տանն օգնել է մորը խոհանոցում, երբ հանկարծ սկսել է ծիծաղել։ Սկզբում մայրը կարծել է, թե աղջիկը պարզապես ինչ-որ զվարճալի բան է հիշել կամ կատակում է։
Սակայն որոշ ժամանակ անց մայրը նկատել է, որ երեխայի աչքերի բիբերը լայնացել են։ Աղջիկը չի կարողացել նորմալ պատասխանել հարցերին, վախեցած տեսք է ունեցել և ժեստերով փորձել է հասկացնել, որ չի կարողանում դադարեցնել ծիծաղը։
Մայրը երեխային շտապ տեղափոխել է հիվանդանոց։ Բժիշկները նախնական շրջանում ենթադրել են, որ տեղի ունեցածը կարող էր լինել գելաստիկ նոպա՝ էպիլեպտիկ նոպայի հազվագյուտ տեսակ, որի ժամանակ մարդը կարող է ակամա ծիծաղել՝ առանց իրականում ուրախություն կամ զվարճանք զգալու։
Աղջիկը ենթարկվել է համակարգչային տոմոգրաֆիայի և որոշ ժամանակ գտնվել բժիշկների հսկողության տակ։ Մի քանի ժամ անց անսովոր ծիծաղը դադարել է, և երեխան քնել է։
Հետագա բուժզննությունը որևէ արտասովոր փոփոխություն չի հայտնաբերել, իսկ էպիլեպսիայի ախտորոշումը չի հաստատվել։ Բժիշկները որպես հնարավոր պատճառ նշել են սթրեսը կամ անհանգստությունը և խորհուրդ են տվել երեխային հետազոտել նաև նյարդաբանի մոտ։
Հաջորդ օրը աղջիկը վերադարձել է իր սովորական առօրյային։ Հետագայում նմանատիպ դեպքեր այլևս չեն արձանագրվել։
