Հունիսի 23-ին Երևանի Բաղրամյան պողոտայում ոստիկանների անհամաչափ գործողությունների առնչությամբ ոստիկանության պետ Վլադիմիր Գասպարյանի հանձնարարությամբ նույն օրը ոստիկանության ներքին անվտանգության վարչությունում նշանակվել էր ծառայողական քննություն:

Հուլիսի 13-ի դրությամբ կատարված քննության արդյունքներով պարզվել է, որ ոստիկանության մի խումբ ծառայողներ թույլ են տվել կարգապահական խախտումներ: Կարգապահական պատիժ է կիրառվել 1 գնդապետի, 1 փոխգնդապետի, 2 կապիտանի, 1 ավագ լեյտենանտի, 2 ավագ ենթասպայի և 4 շարքայինի նկատմամբ:

Past.am-ը ՀՀ ակտիվ քաղաքացի Արամ Մանուկյանին հարցրեց՝ բավարա՞ր է այս ամենը: Արամ Մանուկյանն ասաց. «Խաղաղ ակցիա իրականացնող մարդկանց ծեծելու և ապօրինի բերման ենթարկելու համար արդյո՞ք նշված «պատիժները» բավարար են. իմ կարծիքով` միանշանակ ոչ: Չմոռանանք, որ կա կամ կան հրաման տվողներ, որոնք նույնպես պետք է ստանան օրենքով սահմանված պատիժները»: Հարց ուղղեցինք նաև այսօր՝ 18.00-ին անցկացվող դեպի դատախազություն անցկացվող երթի մասին, ինչին ի պատասխան՝ Արամ Մանուկյանն ասաց, որ դա «Ոչ թալանին» նախաձեռնությունն է անում, որի հետ ինքն այլևս կապ չունի:

Խոսելով նախաձեռնության ներկայիս մարտավարության մասին՝ Մանուկյանը նշեց. «Կոնկրետ մարտավարություն ես դեռ չեմ տեսել, կամ էլ եթե կա, ես տեղյակ չեմ»:
