«Հայաստանի 100 լավագույն ուսանողներ» մրցույթի մրցանակաբաշխությունը․ հավաստագրերի հանձնում
SOCIETYՎերջապես կայացավ «Հայաստանի 100 լավագույն ուսանողներ» մրցույթի սպասված մրցանակաբաշխությունը։ Օգոստոսի 17-ին՝ Սամվել Կարապետյանի ծննդյան օրվա նախօրեին, միջոցառումն անցկացվեց մտերմիկ մթնոլորտում՝ նրա անմիջական մասնակցությամբ։
Սամվել Կարապետյանը հյուրընկալեց Հայաստանի բոլոր մարզերից և Արցախից ընտրված 100 բարձր առաջադիմություն ունեցող ուսանողների։ Պաշտոնական արարողության ընթացքում նա անձամբ հանձնեց յուրաքանչյուր մասնակցի հավաստագիրը։
Ծրագրի շրջանակում ընտրված յուրաքանչյուր ուսանող ստացել է մեկ ուսումնական տարվա ուսման վարձի չափով փոխհատուցում։ Նախաձեռնության նպատակն է խրախուսել կրթության և ինքնազարգացման ճանապարհն ընտրած երիտասարդներին ու աջակցել նրանց ուսման շարունակականությանը։
Դիմումների դիտարկման ընթացքում, միջին որակական գնահատականից բացի, առանցքային դեր են ունեցել ուսանողների մոտիվացիոն նամակները։ Դրանք հնարավորություն են տվել ավելի ամբողջական պատկերացում կազմելու դիմորդների նպատակների, կրթության նկատմամբ վերաբերմունքի և ապագայի ծրագրերի մասին։
Ծրագիրն ընդգրկել է ուսանողների՝ Հայաստանի բոլոր մարզերից, Արցախից տեղահանված և Հայաստանում ներկայումս սովորող երիտասարդների, և բաց է եղել բոլոր մասնագիտությունների ուսանողների համար՝ առանց ոլորտային սահմանափակումների։ Ընտրված մասնակիցները ներկայացրել են տարբեր բուհեր, մասնագիտություններ և կրթական ուղղություններ։
Հիմնադրամի գործադիր տնօրեն Գոհար Ղումաշյանը ընդգծում է, որ հիմնադրամի գործունեությունը քաղաքական բնույթ չի կրում։ Հաշվի առնելով Տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմինների ընտրությունների առնչությամբ ուժի մեջ մտած սահմանափակումները՝ այն համայնքներից ընտրված ուսանողները, որտեղ արդեն հայտարարվել են ընտրությունների անցկացման օրերը, չեն մասնակցել այսօրվա միջոցառմանը։ Եվ այս փուլում նրանց համար նախատեսված՝ մեկ ուսումնական տարվա ուսման վարձի փոխհատուցումն այս փուլում, ցավոք, չի տրամադրվի։
Ուսանողներին ուղղված իր խոսքում Սամվել Կարապետյանը նշել է, որ նման ծրագրերը շարունակական են լինելու՝ երիտասարդներին կրթության ճանապարհին աջակցելու և նրանց ձեռքբերումները խրախուսելու նպատակով։
Արարողության օրը խորհրդանշական էր ընտրված․ օգոստոսի 18-ը Սամվել Կարապետյանի ծննդյան օրն է։ Մեկ տարի առաջ՝ նույն օրը, նորաբաց Տաշիր Արենայի առաջին հանդիսատեսը դարձել էին անապահով և բազմազավակ ընտանիքների, արցախցի ընտանիքների, ինչպես նաև հայրենիքի համար իրենց կյանքը զոհաբերած հերոսների ու ռազմական գործողությունների հետևանքով տուժած զինծառայողների երեխաները։ Նրանց համար կազմակերպվել էր «Երեխաները՝ երեխաներին» խորագրով բարեգործական համերգ։
Այս ավանդույթը շարունակվում է նաև այս տարի․ այսպիսով, օգոստոսի 18-ը երկրորդ տարին անընդմեջ նշանավորվում է երեխաներին և երիտասարդներին ուղղված կրթական ու մշակութային նախաձեռնություններով։
