36-ամյա կինը ծեծի է ենթարկել իր երկու երեխաներին

Ռուսաստանի Պերմի երկրամասում 36-ամյա կին է դատապարտվել՝ իր 10 և 11 տարեկան երկու երեխաների նկատմամբ պարբերաբար բռնություն կիրառելու համար։
Ինչպես հայտնում է Past.am-ը, դեպքերը տեղի են ունեցել 2025 թվականի դեկտեմբերից մինչև 2026 թվականի փետրվարը Վերխ-Յուսվա գյուղում։ Դատարանի տվյալներով՝ կինը համակարգված կերպով ծեծել է երեխաներին և նրանց նկատմամբ կիրառել ֆիզիկական բռնության այլ ձևեր՝ պատճառելով ֆիզիկական ու հոգեբանական տառապանքներ։
Դատաքննության ընթացքում կինը մասամբ ընդունել է մեղքը։ Նա հաստատել է, որ բռնություն է կիրառել որդու նկատմամբ՝ նշելով, որ հարվածել է նրա գլխին պոկերով, ինչպես նաև նրա ուղղությամբ կափարիչ է նետել։ Միևնույն ժամանակ կինը հերքել է երեխաների նկատմամբ բռնության մյուս դրվագները։
Դատարանը նրան մեղավոր է ճանաչել Ռուսաստանի քրեական օրենսգրքի 117-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի համապատասխան կետերով՝ որպես տուժողների նկատմամբ պարբերաբար բռնություն կիրառելու դեպք։
Կինը դատապարտվել է 1 տարի 6 ամիս ազատազրկման և պատիժը կկրի ընդհանուր ռեժիմի ուղղիչ գաղութում։
