Բանկից 802 մլն դրամի հափշտակություն և փողերի լվացում կատարած անձը կալանավորվել է

Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեն հայտնում է, որ բանկից 802 միլիոն դրամի հափշտակություն և փողերի լվացում կատարած անձը կալանավորվել է, հարուցված քրեական վարույթի նախաքննությունն ավարտվել է։
ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեն այդ մասին հաղորդագրություն է տարածել։
«Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի կիբեռհանցագործությունների և բարձր տեխնոլոգիաների ոլորտում կատարված հանցագործությունների քննության վարչությունում նախաձեռնված քրեական վարույթի նախաքննության ընթացքում առերևույթ փաստական տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել այն մասին, Ս․Ղ․-ն տեղեկանալով համակարգչային համակարգ հանդիսացող ընկերության էլեկտրոնային հավելվածի ծրագրային ապահովման մոդուլի՝ հաշվից քարտ և քարտից քարտ փոխանցումներ կատարելիս ծրագրում հաշվի մնացորդի ստուգման գործառույթ իրականացնելու տեխնիկական խոտանի մասին, 2024 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 30-ից մինչև 2025 թվականի հունվարի 5-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում, նույն բանկում իր հաշվին ունենալով ընդամենը 92 հզր ՀՀ դրամ, վերը նշված հավելվածի միջոցով ապօրինի՝ առանց օրենքով, պայմանագրով կամ իրավաչափ այլ հիմքով նախատեսված թույլտվության, համակարգչային համակարգում 2709 անգամ մուտքագրել է համակարգչային տվյալ հանդիսացող փոխանցման թվային տարբեր արժեքներ, ինչի արդյունքում նշված խոտանով պայմանավորված իր քարտային հաշվին գեներացրել է 802 մլն 568 հզր ՀՀ դրամ, որը նույն խոտանով պայմանավորված՝ համակարգի կողմից դիտարկվել է որպես բարեհաջող կատարված գործարք:
Նշված եղանակով Ս․Ղ․-ն հափշտակել է ընկերությանը պատկանող առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով՝ 802 մլն 568 հզր ՀՀ դրամը և հնարավորություն ունեցել տնօրինել այն։
Բացի այդ, 2025 թվականի հունվարի 1-ից մինչև հունվարի 5-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում Ս.Ղ.-ն նպատակ ունենալով խեղաթյուրել ակնհայտ հանցավոր ծագում ունեցող՝ ընկերությունից հափշտակված առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով՝ 711 մլն 511 հզր ՀՀ դրամի ձեռքբերման աղբյուրը, հափշտակված գումարին օրինական տեսք հաղորդելու և հափշտակության համար քրեական պատասխանատվությունից խուսափելու դիտավորությամբ, օգտվելով կրիպտոակտիվների անանունության և նույնականացման բարդությունից, հափշտակված գումարները փոխանցել է ՀՀ-ում կրիպտոակտիվների առուվաճառք իրականացնող տնտեսվարողների հաշիվներին՝ փոխակերպելով հափշտակված միջոցները կրիպտոակտիվների, իսկ մնացած մասը փոխանցել է ավելի քան 100 ֆիզիկական անձանց քարտային հաշիվներին:
Նրա նկատմամբ հսկող դատախազի որոշմամբ հարուցվել է հանրային քրեական հետապնդում՝ առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով համակարգչային հափշտակություն և առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով փողերի լվացում կատարելու համար:

Նախաքննության ընթացքում բանկին պատճառված վնասից 44 մլն 701 հզր ՀՀ դրամը վերականգնվել է:
Նրա վերաբերյալ քրեական վարույթը մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ ուղարկվել է հսկող դատախազին»,- ասված է հաղորդագրության մեջ:
Ծանուցում. հանցագործության համար մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ Քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով։
