Կոնվերս Բանկը տեղաբաշխում է Գլոբբինգի` ԱՄՆ դոլարով պարտատոմսերի նոր տրանշը

Կոնվերս Բանկը հայտարարում է Գլոբբինգի («ԳԼՈԲԱԼ ՇԻՓՓԻՆԳ» ՍՊԸ) ԱՄՆ դոլարով պարտատոմսերի հերթական տրանշի տեղաբաշխման մեկնարկի մասին։

Պարտատոմսերի տեղաբաշխումը կիրականացվի 2026 թվականի օգոստոսի 14-ից մինչև հոկտեմբերի 30-ը՝ Converse Mobile հավելվածով և Կոնվերս Բանկի մասնաճյուղային ցանցի միջոցով։

Այս տեղաբաշխման ընդհանուր ծավալը 2 մլն ԱՄՆ դոլար է։ Պարտատոմսերի անվանական արժեքը 100 ԱՄՆ դոլար է, շրջանառության ժամկետը՝ 36 ամիս, տարեկան արժեկտրոնային եկամտաբերությունը՝ 8.25%։ Արժեկտրոնների վճարումները նախատեսված են կիսամյակային պարբերականությամբ։

Գլոբբինգի պարտատոմսերի առաջին երկու տրանշերը ևս տեղաբաշխել էր Կոնվերս Բանկը. տեղաբաշխումն ավարտվել էր վաղաժամկետ: Ներգրավված միջոցներն ընկերությունն ուղղել է Հայաստանում և արտերկրում լոքերների ցանցի, ինովացիոն սպասարկման սրահների ընդլայնմանը, նոր ծառայությունների ներդրմանը, վերաֆինանսավորմանն ու թվային լուծումների կիրառմանը։

Գլոբբինգ ընկերության հիմնադիր տնօրեն Դավիթ Հարությունյանը նշել է. «Ուրախ էինք տեսնել, որ մեր պարտատոմսերի թողարկումն այսքան մեծ հետաքրքրություն առաջացրեց։ Մեզ համար հատկապես կարևոր էր, որ ներդրողների շուրջ 90%-ը ֆիզիկական անձինք էին: Սա ոչ միայն ֆինանսական արդյունք է, այլև Globbing-ի նկատմամբ ձևավորված վստահության կարևոր ցուցանիշ։ Նոր թողարկման միջոցով նախատեսում ենք ներգրավել լրացուցիչ միջոցներ՝ մեր զարգացման ծրագրերը շարունակելու և ընկերության հետագա աճը խթանելու նպատակով»։

Կոնվերս Բանկի գլխավոր գործադիր տնօրեն, տնօրինության նախագահ Հրանտ Հակոբյանը կարևորել է բիզնեսի ֆինանսավորման աղբյուրների դիվերսիֆիկացումը, ինչը ընկերություններին հնարավորություն է տալիս ավելի արդյունավետ կառավարել կապիտալի կառուցվածքը, իսկ ներդրողներին՝ ընդլայնել ներդրումային պորտֆելի հնարավորությունները։

Հրանտ Հակոբյանն ասել է. «Գլոբբինգի պարտատոմսերի առաջին տրանշի վաղաժամկետ տեղաբաշխումը ցույց տվեց, որ ընկերությունների հետաքրքրությունը կապիտալի շուկայի նկատմամբ համադրվում է ներդրողների կողմից նման գործիքների նկատմամբ ձևավորված պահանջարկի հետ։ Կոնվերս Բանկն այսուհետ ևս շարունակելու է աջակցել բիզնեսին այս հարցում՝ թողարկումների միջոցով մեծացնելով բիզնեսին հասանելի ներդրումային գործիքների շրջանակը և նպաստելով կապիտալի շուկայի խորացմանը»:
