Գերնսիում բնակվող Քըրք Բիշոփը դատապարտվել է այն բանից հետո, երբ պարզվել է, որ նա գաղտնի տեսանկարահանել է մոտ 30 կնոջ, այդ թվում՝ իր մանկության ընկերուհուն։ Այս մասին հայտնում է Past.am-ը՝ հղում անելով The Sun-ին:

Բիշոփի դեմ մեղադրանքներ էին առաջադրվել 2025 թվականի սեպտեմբերին։ Նա մեղադրվում էր վուայերիզմի, բնակարան ապօրինի մուտք գործելու և հարձակման մեջ։ Դեպքից մոտ երեք շաբաթ անց ոստիկանությունը կապվել է 40-ամյա Լյուսի Դոմայլի հետ, որը տղամարդուն ճանաչում էր շուրջ 25 տարի։

Իրավապահները կնոջը ցույց են տվել իր գաղտնի արված լուսանկարներից մեկը։ Դոմայլը պատմել է, որ այդ պահին իրեն ֆիզիկապես վատ է զգացել։

Քննության ընթացքում պարզվել է, որ Բիշոփը առնվազն երկու անգամ մոտեցել է Դոմայլի տան պատուհանին և գաղտնի նկարահանել նրան։ Կինը նշել է, որ իրեն հատկապես ցնցել է այն փաստը, որ այդ ամենի հետևում կանգնած է եղել մեկը, ում տասնամյակներ շարունակ ճանաչել է։

Դեպքից հետո Դոմայլը սկսել է իրեն անապահով զգալ սեփական տանը։ Նրա խոսքով՝ ինքը դժվարությամբ էր քնում, հաճախ ստուգում էր տան կողպեքները և երեկոյան պարտադիր փակում վարագույրները։

Դատարանը Բիշոփին ընդհանուր առմամբ դատապարտել է ութ տարվա ազատազրկման՝ վուայերիզմի համար երկու տարի, իսկ տուն ներխուժելու մեղադրանքով՝ ևս վեց տարի։

Դոմայլը, սակայն, հայտարարել է, որ դատավճիռը իրեն սպասված հանգստությունը չի տվել։ Նա հատկապես դժգոհ է այն հանգամանքից, որ գաղտնի նկարահանման համար նախատեսված առավելագույն պատիժը երկու տարի է, և կարծում է, որ նման դեպքերի համար ավելի խիստ պատժաչափ է անհրաժեշտ։
