Կառավարությունը 320 մլն դոլարի նոր վարկեր կվերցնի

Կառավարությունը նախատեսում է 150 մլն դոլարի և 80 միլիոն եվրոյի նոր վարկեր ներգրավել։ Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք կառավարության օգոստոսի 6-ի նիստի օրակարգում ընդգրկված համապատասխան նախագծերից:
Դրանցից առաջինով նախատեսվում է ստանալ 150 միլիոն դոլարի բյուջետային վարկ Ասիական զարգացման բանկից։ Այն կտրամադրվի 15 տարով, կլինի 4.58 լողացող տոկոսադրույքով։ Վարկային այս համաձայնագրի առաջին բաղադրիչով նախատեսվում է աջակցել Հարկաբյուջետային կառավարման, պետական պարտքի և ֆինանսական ռիսկերի կառավարման քաղաքականությունների հզորացմանը, ինչպես նաև ենթակառուցվածքային ներդրումների կայունության ամրապնդմանը։ Երկրորդ բաղադրիչը ենթադրում է պետական արժեթղթերի շուկայի կատարելագործում, երրորդը՝ ֆինանսական գործիքների ու ներդրողների շրջանակի ընդլայնում, ինչպես նաև ուղղվելու է ընկերությունների թափանցիկությանը։
Երկրորդ վարկային համաձայնագիրը կնքվել է Վերակառուցման և զարգացման միջազգային բանկի հետ, վարկի ծավալը 170 մլն դոլար է։ Այս վարկային միջոցները նախատեսվում է ուղղել ներդրումների, առևտրի ազատականացմանն ու մրցակցության խրախուսմանը, ավելի կանաչ ու ավելի դիմակայուն աճի ապահովմանը։ Այս վարկի ժամկետը 28 տարի է, տարեկան տոկոսադրույթը՝ 3.9 տոկոս։
Այս տարվա մարտի վերջի դրությամբ Հայաստանի կառավարության միայն արտաքին պարտքը գերազանցում էր 6.7 մլրդ դոլարը։ Ընդհանուր առմամբ, կառավարության ներքին ու արտաքին պարտքը միասին վերցրած գերազանցում է 14.1 մլրդ դոլարը, 500 մլն դոլարի պարտք էլ ունի Կենտրոնական բանկը:
