Լա Լիգայի նախագահ Խավիեր Տեբասը հանդես է եկել կոշտ հայտարարությամբ՝ պահանջելով ՖԻՖԱ-ի նախագահ Ջանի Ինֆանտինոյի հրաժարականը։ Պատճառը ՖԻՖԱ-ի կողմից «FIFA Forward Enterprise» (FFE) նախագծից հրաժարվելն է, որը նախատեսում էր աշխարհի առաջնության կոմերցիոն իրավունքների մի մասի վաճառք մասնավոր ներդրողներին։

Տեբասի համոզմամբ՝ նախագծի չեղարկումը խնդրի միայն ժամանակավոր լուծում է, իսկ ՖԻՖԱ-ում կառավարման համակարգային ճգնաժամ կա։

«ՖԻՖԱ-ի որոշումը՝ հետ կանչել մրցաշարերի սեփականաշնորհման առաջարկը, անշուշտ, լավ նորություն է։ Սակայն մեծ սխալ կլինի կարծել, թե դրանով կազմակերպության կառավարման խնդիրը լուծված է։ Կոնֆեդերացիաները, ազգային ասոցիացիաները, լիգաները, ֆուտբոլիստներն ու ֆուտբոլային գործընթացի մյուս մասնակիցները չպետք է բավարարվեն միայն այս որոշմամբ ու հարցը փակված համարեն։ Խնդիրը շատ ավելի խորն է»,- նշել է Տեբասը։

Լա Լիգայի ղեկավարը հիշեցրել է ՖԻՖԱ-ի ղեկավարության վերջին շրջանի մի շարք սկանդալային և վիճահարույց որոշումները.

  • Քաղաքական միջամտության արդյունքում խաղացողի (Ֆոլարին Բալոգունի) կարմիր քարտի չեղարկումը։
  • ԱՄՆ Կոնգրեսի սկսած հետաքննությունը, որը պահանջում էր Ջանի Ինֆանտինոյի բացատրությունները լուրջ խախտումների վերաբերյալ։
  • ՖԻՖԱ-ում պատմական կոռուպցիոն գործերով մեղադրանքներից հրաժարվելը։
  • Աշխարհի առաջնության տոմսերի սկանդալային գնագոյացումը։
  • Միջազգային խաղացանկի, նոր մրցաշարերի ու ձևաչափերի վերաբերյալ միանձնյա որոշումները, որոնք ընդունվել են առանց շահագրգիռ կողմերի հետ երկխոսության և համաձայնեցման։

    «Խնդիրը երբեք միայն մեկ կոնկրետ առաջարկի մեջ չի եղել։ Գլխավոր խնդիրը կառավարման մոդելն է, որն իշխանությունը կենտրոնացնում է մեկ մարդու ձեռքում, թուլացնում է զսպումների ու հակակշիռների համակարգը և սահմանափակում նրանց ազդեցությունը, ում վրա անմիջականորեն անդրադառնում են ընդունված որոշումները։
    Այդ իսկ պատճառով ես կարծում եմ, որ Ջանի Ինֆանտինոն չպետք է շարունակի ղեկավարել ՖԻՖԱ-ն։ Համաշխարհային ֆուտբոլին նոր ղեկավարություն է պետք, որը կկարողանա արդիականացնել կառավարման համակարգը, վերականգնել վստահությունը կազմակերպության նկատմամբ և ապագա որոշումները կայացնել գործընթացի բոլոր մասնակիցների հետ համատեղ՝ նախապես գնահատելով դրանց սպորտային, տնտեսական և սոցիալական հետևանքները, այլ ոչ թե պարտադրելով դրանք միակողմանի կարգով։
    Մեկ առաջարկի հետկանչումը չի ջնջում այն ամենը, ինչ տեղի է ունեցել նախկինում։ Սա ընդամենը այսբերգի գագաթն է»,- եզրափակել է Խավիեր Տեբասը։
