Moody's-ը վերահաստատել է Կոնվերս Բանկի վարկանիշը՝ հեռանկարը «կայուն»-ից դարձնելով «դրական»

30 հուլիս, Երևան- Moody's Ratings միջազգային վարկանիշային գործակալությունը վերահաստատել է Կոնվերս Բանկի երկարաժամկետ ավանդների Ba3 վարկանիշը՝ հեռանկարը «կայուն»-ից դարձնելով «դրական»։ Միաժամանակ վերահաստատվել են Բանկի բոլոր գործող վարկանիշները, այդ թվում՝ ba3 Baseline Credit Assessment (BCA) և Adjusted BCA գնահատականները։
Վարկանիշի հեռանկարի փոփոխությունը հաջորդել է ՀՀ ինքնիշխան վարկանիշի հեռանկարի՝ «կայուն»-ից «դրական» փոփոխությանը և արտացոլում է երկրի մակրոտնտեսական ու քաղաքական միջավայրի բարելավման վերաբերյալ Moody's-ի գնահատականը։
Moody's-ի գնահատմամբ՝ Կոնվերս Բանկի երկարաժամկետ ավանդների վարկանիշի «դրական» հեռանկարը պայմանավորված է Հայաստանի կառավարության՝ անհրաժեշտության դեպքում բանկային համակարգին և խոշոր բանկերին աջակցելու կարողության բարելավմամբ, ինչպես նաև բանկային ոլորտի գործարար միջավայրի շարունակական ամրապնդմամբ։
Միաժամանակ, գործակալությունը, վերահաստատելով Կոնվերս Բանկի ba3 BCA գնահատականը, նշել է, որ առաջիկա 12-18 ամիսների ընթացքում Բանկը կպահպանի իր ամուր ֆինանսական դիրքերը։
Moody's-ի գնահատմամբ՝ Կոնվերս Բանկի ba3 BCA գնահատականը հիմնված է Բանկի՝ վնասների կլանման կարողության, ֆինանսավորման կայուն կառուցվածքի, իրացվելիության և կապիտալիզացիայի բարձր մակարդակի վրա։
