ԱՄՆ-ը և Իսրայելը քննարկում են Իրանի ցամաքային շրջափակում հաստատելու հնարավորությունը։ Այս մասին հայտնել է բրիտանական The Daily Telegraph թերթը՝ հղում անելով իսրայելական բարձրաստիճան աղբյուրներին, հաղորոդւմ է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:

Ըստ տվյալների՝ ցամաքային շրջափակումը համարվում է Իրանի վրա տնտեսական ճնշում գործադրելու տարբերակներից մեկը։ Ինչպես նշել է պարբերականը, պլանը ԱՄՆ-ից և Իսրայելից կպահանջի ճնշում գործադրել Իրանի հարևանների վրա, որպեսզի նրանք փակեն սահմանային անցակետերը կամ խստացնեն տարանցումը՝ դրանով իսկ սահմանափակելով առևտուրն իսլամական հանրապետության հետ։

Համաձայն թերթի՝ Պակիստանը և Իրաքը, որոնք տարածաշրջանում Վաշինգտոնի մոտ դաշնակիցները չեն, կարող են դառնալ «թույլ օղակներ»։

Ընդ որում, Իրանին հարևան մյուս երկրները, ներառյալ Ադրբեջանը, Հայաստանը, Աֆղանստանը, Թուրքմենստանը և Թուրքիան, ամերիկա-իսրայելական պլանի հետ համաձայնվելու դեպքում ռիսկի են դիմում բախվելու Թեհրանի պատասխան միջոցներին, այդ թվում՝ ռազմական բնույթի։

Ինչպես ընդգծել է The Daily Telegraph-ը, ԱՄՆ նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփի վարչակազմը դիտարկում է ցամաքային շրջափակման տարբերակը այն պատճառով, որ Հորմուզի նեղուցը բացելու ընթացիկ ռազմական ռազմավարությունն սպառել է իրեն։ Սպիտակ տան ներկայացուցիչը հայտարարել է, որ Թրամփը «իր տրամադրության տակ ունի բոլոր տարբերակները»։
