ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի կիբեռհանցագործությունների և բարձր տեխնոլոգիաների ոլորտում կատարված հանցագործությունների քննության վարչությունում ավարտվել է առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով համակարգչային հափշտակության դեպքի առթիվ նախաձեռնված քրեական վարույթի նախաքննությունը՝ ևս 1 անձի մասով:
Նախաքննության ընթացքում առերևույթ փաստական տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել այն մասին, որ Կ.Ղ․-ն տեղեկանալով ընկերության էլեկտրոնային հավելվածի միջոցով հաշիվների միջև փոխանցումներ իրականացնելիս հաշվի մնացորդի ստուգման գործառույթ չիրականացնելու տեխնիկական խոտանի մասին, ուրիշի գույքի հափշտակություն կատարելու ուղղակի դիտավորությամբ, 2024 թվականի ապրիլի 4-8-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում, ապօրինի՝ առանց օրենքով, պայմանագրով կամ իրավաչափ այլ հիմքով նախատեսված թույլտվության, համակարգչային համակարգում՝ իր անվամբ բացված բանկային հաշվում մուտքագրել է իբր առկա տարբեր չափերի գումարներ դեպի ընկերության իր հաշվեհամար փոխանցելու վերաբերյալ տվյալներ:
Այնուհետև, վերը ներկայացված տեխնիկական խոտանով պայմանավորված՝ ընկերության իր էլեկտրոնային դրամապանակի և իր անվամբ բացված հաշվեհամարի հաշվեկշռին գեներացվել է առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով՝ 10 մլն 907 հզր ՀՀ դրամ գումար, որն այլ բանկային քարտերի փոխանցելու եղանակով հափշտակվել է։
Կ.Ղ.-ի վերաբերյալ քրեական վարույթը մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ ուղարկվել է հսկող դատախազին:
Ծանուցում. հանցագործության համար մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ Քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով։
