Հուլիսի 16-ին վիճաբանություն և ծեծկռտուք է տեղի ունեցել Արարատի մարզում։ Ժամը 23։50-ի սահմաններում ՀՀ ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության համայնքային ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության Մասիսի բաժնում օպերատիվ տեղեկություն է ստացվել, որ ծեծկռտուքի հետևանքով ստացած՝ ձեռքի և գլխի վնասվածքներով «Մասիս» բժշկական կենտրոն բուժօգնության է տեղափոխվել մի քաղաքացի։

Shamshyan.com-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ Ոստիկանության Մասիսի բաժնի ծառայողները պարզել են, որ բուժօգնության տեղափոխվածը Արարատի մարզի բնակիչ, 46-ամյա Սերոբ Ծ․-ն է։

Գ․ Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով, Ոստիկանության Մասիսի բաժնի ծառայողների կողմից ձեռնարկված օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ նույն օրը՝ ժամը 23։00-ի սահմաններում, Մասիս քաղաքի «Մորենա» ռեստորանային համալիրի բակում Արարատի մարզի բնակիչներ, 37-ամյա Դավիթ Գ․-ն, 46-ամյա Սերոբ Ծ․-ն, 43-ամյա Սահակ Ծ․-ն, Կոտայքի մարզի բնակիչ, 43-ամյա Մասիս Պ․-ն և հարսանեկան արարողության մասնակից դեռևս ինքնությունները չպարզված անձինք, կոպտորեն խախտելով հասարակական կարգը և բացահայտ անհարգալից վերաբերմունք դրսևորելով հասարակության նկատմամբ, վիճաբանել են միմյանց հետ։

Վիճաբանության ընթացքում նրանք սեռական բնույթի հայհոյանքներ են հնչեցրել և փոխադարձ հարվածներ հասցրել միմյանց, ինչի հետևանքով Սերոբ Ծ․-ն ստացել է վնասվածքներ։

Ֆոտոլրագրողի տեղեկություններով, Սերոբ և Սահակ Ծ․-երը, Դավիթ Գ․-ն և Մասիս Պ․-ն խուլիգանություն կատարելու կասկածանքով ձերբակալվել և տեղափոխվել են Ոստիկանության Մասիսի բաժին, ապա կազմված փաստաթղթերի հետ միասին ներկայացվել ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Արարատի մարզային քննչական վարչության Մասիսի քննչական բաժին։

Ֆոտոլրագրողի տեղեկություններով, դեպքի փաստով Մասիսի քննչական բաժնում ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 297-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի և 171-րդ հոդվածի 5-րդ կետի հատկանիշներով նախաձեռնված քրեական վարույթի շրջանակներում պարզվել է, որ Արարատի մարզի բնակիչներ, 22-ամյա Արեն Հ․-ն և 49-ամյա Արմեն Հ․-ն, գտնվելով ալկոհոլի ազդեցության տակ, «Մորենա» ռեստորանային համալիրի բակում սեռական բնույթի հայհոյանքներ են հնչեցրել և հարվածներ հասցրել Սահակ Ծ․-ին՝ պատճառելով մարմնական վնասվածք։
