Էդմոն Մարուքյանը տելեգրամյան իր ալիքում գրում է.
ՀՀ Արդարադատության նախկին նախարար Արփինե Հովհաննիսյանը տվյալներ է հրապարակել, ըստ որոնց՝ 8-րդ գումարման ԱԺ-ի ընդդիմադիր «Հայաստան» խմբակցությունը, աշխատավարձերից բացի, ստացել է մոտ կես միլիարդ դրամ (488 մլն 86 հազար 470 դրամ) պարգևավճար։ Մյուս ընդդիմադիր խմբակցության՝ «Պատիվ ունեմ» դաշինքի պատգամավորների ստացած պարգևավճարների ընդհանուր գումարը կազմել է 107 մլն 440 հազար 920 դրամ։
Պատկերացնո՞ւմ եք, թե ինչ ահռելի միջոցներ են ստացել մարդիկ իրենց անարդյունք աշխատանքի համար։ Որքան ավելի շատ են «պայքարել», այնքան Հայաստանն ավելի շատ է կորցրել, մինչդեռ նրանք այդ ընթացքում կանոնավոր կերպով հարստացել են։
Եվ սա այն դեպքում, երբ խորհրդարան մտնելուց առաջ էլ այդ ընդդիմությունը բոլորովին աղքատ չէր։
Նշված գումարների մեջ ներառված չէ նաև պատգամավորներին ամսական վճարվող 250 000 դրամը, որը նույնպես ստացել են հինգ տարի շարունակ։ Այսինքն՝ մոտավորապես ևս կես միլիարդ դրամ է հատկացվել «ընդդիմությանը»։ Սակայն մինչև ԱԺ մտնելը նրանք բողոքում էին, թե իբր նախորդ գումարման ԱԺ-ում պատգամավորները «անիմաստ» 50 հազար դրամ էին ստանում։
Վերջնահաշվարկում ստացվում է, որ հինգ տարվա ընթացքում խորհրդարանական ընդդիմությունը, աշխատավարձերը չհաշված, ավելի քան 1 միլիարդ դրամ է ստացել՝ պայքարի իմիտացիա ստեղծելու համար։
