Ու դեռ հավատացողներ կան... «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Մինչ գյուղատնտեսությամբ զբաղվող հայրենակիցների տարբեր խմբեր այս օրերին ճանապարհներ են փակում, բողոքի ակցիաներ են իրականացնում, դժգոհություններ են արտահայտում ու բացատրություններ պահանջում կառավարությունից, հերթական հարվածը եկավ: «Ռոսսելխոզնադզորը» հայտարարեց, որ 2026 թվականի հուլիսի 27-ից սահմանափակումներ կմտցնի Հայաստանից Ռուսաստան կաթնամթերքի ներմուծման վրա:
Սա նշանակում է, որ ծաղկաբույծների, լոլիկագործների, ձկնաբույծների, ընդհանրապես գյուղմթերք արտադրողների ու արտահանողների կողքին երևի շուտով բողոքի ակցիաներում կտեսնենք կաթնամթերք արտադրողներին, այդ թվում՝ գյուղացիների, որոնց կաթը մթերվում է վերամշակման նպատակով: Ի դեպ, եթե զուտ քաղաքական հանգամանքները դնենք մի կողմ, ապա այլ հարցեր էլ են ծագում: Առաջինը՝ «Ռոսսելխոզնադզորը» մատնանշում է «երրորդ երկրներից» բերված, այլ ոչ թե տեղական (հայկական կամ ԵԱՏՄ անդամ այլ երկրի) հումքի մասին: Ավելին, մատնանշում են վարակված անասնագլխաքանակից ստացված կաթով արտադրված մթերքի մասին, ինչն ի հայտ է բերվել վերջին ստուգումներով: Այսինքն, եթե դա ճիշտ է, ստացվում է, որ մենք ինքներս ապահովագրվա՞ծ չենք անվտանգ կաթնամթերք օգտագործելու առումով: Ի վերջո, այդ կաթնամթերքը ոչ միայն Ռուսաստան (կամ ԵԱՏՄ այլ երկրներ) էր ուղարկվում, այլև մեր ներքին շուկայում է սպառվում, չէ՞: Հայաստանի ՍԱՏՄ-ն հավաստիացնում է, թե մշտական վերահսկողական միջոցառումներ է իրականացնում: Իրականացնելը, հնարավոր է, և իրականացնում է: Բայց փաստերը, կարծես, այլ բանի մասին են խոսում: Իսկ եթե ճիշտ է ՍԱՏՄ-ն, ապա դա էլ մեկ այլ խնդիր է, թե ինչու է նման ձևակերպմամբ արգելվում Ռուսաստանի կողմից:
Ամենից կարևորը. այս ամենը, ավելի ճիշտ՝ այն ամենը, ինչ այս ամիսներին ու օրերին կատարվում է հայրենի գյուղմթերք արտադրողների ու վերամշակողների, տնտեսության մի ամբողջ ու կարևոր բնագավառի հետ, դեռ միայն սկիզբն է: Ու երբ ընտրություններից առաջ փորձագետները, տնտեսագետները, ընդդիմադիր գործիչները հայտարարում էին, զգուշացնում էին, որ չափազանց ծանր վիճակ է լինելու, որ հավել յալ բարդություններ ենք մեր ու մեր երկրի գլխին բարդելու, շատերը չհավատացին: Իսկ այդ շատերն ու էլի ուրիշները, ընդհանուր՝ մոտ 49 տոկոս ընտրողներ, հավատացին իշխանական քարոզչության «կտերին» ու ձայն տվեցին Փաշինյանին և ՔՊ-ին: Ցավոք, հիմա էլ կան հավատացողներ, թե Եվրոպայում ուշքները գնում է մեր արտադրանքի համար ու անհամբեր սպասում են, թե ինչ ու երբ ենք արտահանելու: Այնինչ, թվերն այլ բանի մասին են խոսում:
Ի դեպ, մնում է սպասել, որ քպական պաշտոնյաները շուտով կհայտարարեն, թե «հայկական կաթնամթերքը հեղեղել է Եվրոպայի խանութները»...
