Շինարարությունը տեղի է ունեցել դժվարին պայմաններում՝ ափամերձ ցեխոտ հարթավայրերում, որոնք պարբերաբար ողողվում են բարձր մակընթացություններով: Տեղանքի պատճառով ծանր տեխնիկան կարող է աշխատել միայն սահմանափակ ժամանակահատվածներում, իսկ որոշ օրերին շինարարները աշխատանքի համար ունեին ընդամենը մի քանի ժամ: Չնայած դրան, ութ ամսից էլ պակաս ժամանակահատվածում մասնագետները կառուցել են ավելի քան 110,000 երկաթբետոնե հարթակներ և դրանց վրա տեղադրել մոտ 700,000 արևային վահանակ։

Հատուկ ուշադրություն է դարձվել ափամերձ էկոհամակարգի պահպանմանը։ Բոլոր մալուխային գծերը, էներգետիկ սարքավորումները և ինվերտորային կայանները տեղադրվել են հատուկ անցումների վրա, իսկ համալիրի սպասարկման երթուղիները կառուցվել են որպես բարձրացված կամուրջներ։ Այս մոտեցումը նվազագույնի է հասցրել ափամերձ բուսական և կենդանական աշխարհի վրա ազդեցությունը և հնարավորություն է տվել խուսափել ծանր տեխնիկայի անընդհատ օգտագործումից խոցելի ափամերձ տարածքներում։

Նախագծի կենտրոնական մասը 400 ՄՎտ հզորությամբ արևային էլեկտրակայանն է։ Կառուցվել է նոր 220 կՎ լարման ափամերձ ենթակայան արտադրված էներգիան էլեկտրացանցին փոխանցելու համար։ Համալիրը ներառում է նաև 120 ՄՎտժ էներգիայի կուտակման համակարգ։ Այն նախատեսված է արևային էներգիայի արտադրության տատանումները հարթելու և էլեկտրացանցի պիկային բեռնվածությունները ծածկելու համար։

Մեկ այլ կարևոր տարր է ջրածնային կենտրոնը։ Արևային էներգիայի պիկային արտադրության ժամանակահատվածներում ավելցուկային էլեկտրաէներգիան օգտագործվում է ջրի էլեկտրոլիզի միջոցով ջրածին արտադրելու համար։ Հաստատության հզորությունը հասնում է ժամում 1500 խորանարդ մետր ջրածնի, իսկ տարեկան արտադրությունը կարող է հասնել մինչև 180 տոննա «կանաչ» ջրածնի: Այս արտադրանքի պայմանագրերն արդեն կնքվել են քիմիական ընկերությունների և ջրածնային ենթակառուցվածքների օպերատորների հետ։

Համալիրի բոլոր բաղադրիչները ինտեգրված են միասնական թվային կառավարման համակարգում, որն օգտագործում է արհեստական ​​բանականության ալգորիթմներ էլեկտրաէներգիայի արտադրությունը, կուտակիչ բլոկի աշխատանքը և ջրածնի արտադրությունը համակարգելու համար: Հաստատությունը արդյունավետորեն ներկայացնում է փակ ցիկլով էներգետիկ համակարգ, որը կարող է արտադրված էներգիայի յուրաքանչյուր կիլովատի արդյունավետությունը առավելագույնի հասցնել:
