Հայաստանում սոցիալ-տնտեսական խնդիրներն աստիճանաբար ավելի տեսանելի են դառնում՝ դուրս գալով առանձին ոլորտների շրջանակներից և ազդելով տնտեսության տարբեր ճյուղերի վրա։ Վերջին շաբաթներին մայրուղիների փակման ակցիաներ իրականացնող լոլիկագործները, կառավարության շենքի մոտ բողոքի ակցիաներ անցկացնող ձկնաբույծները և գյուղատնտեսության այլ ներկայացուցիչների դժգոհությունները վկայում են, որ ոլորտում կուտակված խնդիրները խորանում են։

Տնտեսվարողները նշում են, որ արտահանման ավանդական շուկաների սահմանափակումը, փոխադրումների թանկացումը և լոգիստիկ բարդությունները լուրջ հարված են հասցրել իրենց գործունեությանը։ Նրանց խոսքով՝ ստեղծված իրավիճակն անմիջական ազդեցություն է թողնում ինչպես արտադրության, այնպես էլ եկամուտների վրա։

Մինչ գյուղատնտեսության ոլորտի ներկայացուցիչները բարձրաձայնում են իրենց խնդիրների մասին, պաշտոնական հայտարարություններում հաճախ շեշտադրվում են նոր շուկաների բացման և արտահանման հնարավորությունների ընդլայնման մասին տեղեկությունները։ Խոսվում է, մասնավորապես, Արաբական Միացյալ Էմիրություններ և եվրոպական որոշ երկրներ հայկական արտադրանքի մուտքի հեռանկարների մասին։ Սակայն ոլորտի ներկայացուցիչների գնահատմամբ՝ այդ ուղղություններով իրականացվող արտահանումների ծավալներն առայժմ սահմանափակ են և չեն կարող փոխարինել նախկին հիմնական շուկաների պահանջարկին։

Մասնագետները նաև ուշադրություն են հրավիրում այն հանգամանքի վրա, որ առանց արդյունավետ լոգիստիկ համակարգի և արտահանման կայուն մեխանիզմների նոր շուկաների վերաբերյալ հայտարարությունները գործնական արդյունք չեն կարող ապահովել։ Նրանց կարծիքով՝ անհրաժեշտ է մշակել երկարաժամկետ լուծումներ, որոնք հնարավորություն կտան ապահովել ապրանքների մրցունակ արտահանումը։

Միաժամանակ հնչում են մտահոգություններ, որ եթե առկա խնդիրները շարունակվեն, սոցիալական դժգոհությունները կարող են ավելի մեծ մասշտաբներ ստանալ։ Վերլուծաբանների մի մասը նշում է, որ տնտեսական դժվարությունները ժամանակի ընթացքում առավել զգալի են դառնում քաղաքացիների առօրյայում, և դրանց հաղթահարումը պահանջում է ոչ թե կարճաժամկետ, այլ համակարգային քայլեր։

Նրանց համոզմամբ՝ ստեղծված իրավիճակից դուրս գալու համար անհրաժեշտ է վերանայել տնտեսական քաղաքականության մի շարք ուղղություններ, կատարելագործել արտաքին առևտրի կազմակերպումը, ինչպես նաև լուծել լոգիստիկ խնդիրները, որպեսզի արտադրողները կարողանան կայուն պայմաններում իրացնել իրենց արտադրանքը։
