«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Վերջին շրջանում Հայաստանի սոցիալտնտեսական կյանքում նկատվող միտումներն արդեն անցնում են տեղային դժգոհությունների սահմանը՝ վերածվելով խորքային, համակարգային ճգնաժամի։ Մայրուղիներ փակող լոլիկագործները, կառավարության շենքի դիմաց բողոքի ակցիաներ անող ձկնաբույծները և գյուղատնտեսության տարբեր ճյուղերի ներկայացուցիչները հստակ ազդակ են ուղարկում՝ Ռուսաստանի դեմ կիրառվող պատժամիջոցների հետևանքով ահռելի վնասներ կրած տնտեսվարողները աստիճանաբար սկսում են դուրս գալ փողոց։

Գյուղացին ու արտադրողը կանգնած են կոտրած տաշտակի առջև, երբ իրացման ավանդական շուկաների խաթարումը, լոգիստիկ թանկացումներն ու արտահանման անհաղթահարելի խոչընդոտները ուղղակիորեն հարվածում են իրենց ապրուստին ու գոյությանը։

Մինչ դաշտերում, ջերմոցներում ու ֆերմաներում ճգնաժամն օրեցօր խորանում է, պաշտոնական հռետորաբանության մեջ տիրում է բոլորովին այլ՝ զուգահեռ իրականություն։ Իշխանություններն ակնհայտ շինծու անհոգությամբ հայտարարում են, թե իբր մեզ համար բացվել է Արաբական Միացյալ Էմիրությունների ծաղկի շուկան, կամ թե եվրոպական երկրներն անհամբեր սպասում են հայկական պտուղ-բանջարեղենին։ Սակայն պաշտոնական այս սնամեջ ոգևորության հետևում թաքնված են սիմվոլիկ, ողորմելի ծավալներ։ Իրականության մեջ Եվրոպա հասնող խմբաքանակները հատուկենտ են կամ լավագույն դեպքում կրում են փորձնական բնույթ և որևէ կերպ չեն փոխարինում հազարավոր տոննաներով սպառման ավանդական ծավալներին։

Ավելին, ջրի երես են դուրս գալիս ու առավել տեսանելի են դառնում լոգիստիկան ավտոմատացնելու և համակարգային լուծումներ տալու խնդիրները։

Հասկանալի է, որ առանց հաշվարկված լոգիստիկայի ու իրական նախադրյալների՝ «եվրոպական շուկաների» մասին հեքիաթները լոկ PR թեզեր են։ Եվ այստեղ առաջանում է ամենաբնական հռետորական հարցը. եթե ամեն ինչ այդքան լավ է, ապա ինչո՞ւ է ամեն ինչ այդքան վատ։

Ակնհայտ է նաև, որ սոցիալական այս խնդիրները րոպե առ րոպե խորանալու են, որովհետև սա դեռ սկիզբն է։ Իշխանություններին հաջողվեց ընտրական շրջանը չակերտավոր «կտերով» և սուտ խոստումներով ձգել, բայց քաղաքական մանիպուլ յացիաներն ունեն սպառման հստակ ժամկետ։ Երբ մարդն իրական աղետը զգում է սեփական գրպանի և սառնարանի պարունակության վրա, երկրում անխուսափելիորեն սկսվելու են սոցիալական ցնցումներ։

Եվ եթե իշխանություններին թվում է, թե ամեն սոցիալական ցնցում կարող են կանխել կամ լռեցնել քաղաքական ռեպրեսիաների միջոցով, ապա դա վտանգավոր ինքնախաբեություն է։ Տնտեսական ճգնաժամը չի լուծվում ուժային մեթոդներով ու բերման ենթարկելով. իրավիճակն արդեն պահանջում է ուղիղ վիրահատական միջամտություններ՝ տնտեսության կազմակերպման, արտաքին առևտրի կառավարման և լոգիստիկ շղթաների վերանայման հարցերում։
