Երիկամները մարդու օրգանիզմի ամենակարեւոր օրգաններից են։ Դրանք շատ կարեւոր դեր են տանում, եւ եթե երիկամների հետ խնդիրներ են առաջանում, մարդ չի կարող լիարժեք կյանքով ապրել, իսկ լուրջ խնդիրները մահվան են հանգեցնում։ Սակայն հաճախ մենք ինքներս ենք սպանում մեր երիկմաները։ Ահա այս տասը սովորությունները դրանք ուղղակի սպանում են, եւ ժամանակն է, որպեսզի հրաժարվենք դրանցից։
Ալկոհոլ եւ ծխախոտ
Գիտականորեն ապացուցված է, որ ալկոհոլն ու ծխախոտը վատ ազդեցություն են թողնում առողջության վրա։ Դրանք մեծ ազդեցություն են ունենում երիկամների վրա՝ սպանելով դրանք։
Քնի պակաս
Քնի ժամանակ է, որ երիկամների հյուսվածքը նորոգվում է։ Եւ եթե դուք քիչ եք քնում, այդ գործընթացը չի կատարվում, եւ երիկամների ֆունկցիան խախտվում է։
Մեծ քանակությամբ կոֆեին
Կոֆեին պարունակող մթերքների մեծ քանակությամբ օգտագործումը առաջին հերթին վնասում է երիկամները։
Նստակյաց կենսակերպ
Հաճախ նստայաց կենսակերպը բերում է արյան շրջանառության խանգարման եւ երիկամում քարերի առաջացման։ Ժամը մեկ թեթեւ վարժություններ արեք։
B6 վիտամինի պակաս
Երիկամների լավ աշխատանքի համար օրական 1,3 մլ B6 վիտամին է անհրաժեշտ, որն առկա է ձկան, հավի մսերի, կարտոֆիլի եւ բոլոր մրգերի մեջ՝ բացի ցիտրուսայիններից։
Միզապարկի ոչ ժամանակին դատարկումը
Եթե միզապարկը լիքն է, բայց ուշ եք զուգարան գնում, նույնպես երիկմաների ֆունկցիան խանգարվում է։
Նատրիումի մեծ քանակ
Եթե չարաշահեք աղը, երիկամների աշխատանքը կխախտեք։
Սխալ դիետաներ
Դիետաների շնորհիվ օրգանիզմից ճարպը հեռանում է։ Սակայն նաեւ այն ճարպն է հեռանում, որն անհրաժեշտ է երիկամներին։
Սպիտակուցի ավելցուկ
Սպիտակուցը կարող է կուտակվել օրգանիզմում։ Եւ եթե այն շատ է լինում, երիկամներում քարեր են առաջանում։
Ոչ բավարար քանակի ջուր
Երիկամների ճիշտ աշխատանքի համար անհրաժեշտ է բավարար քանակով ջուր խմել։ Այն օրգանիզմի բոլոր թույները հանում է։
