Ղազախստանի Արտաքին գործերի նախարարությունը վճռականորեն դատապարտում է սույն տարվա հուլիսի 17-ին և 19-ին Սև ծովի ջրատարածքում տեղի ունեցած ԱԹՍ-ների հարձակումները քաղաքացիական նավերի վրա, որոնք ներգրավված էին նավթի օրինական փոխադրման գործում՝ Կասպիական խողովակաշարային կոնսորցիումի (ԿԽԿ) ենթակառուցվածքով։

«Նման հարձակումները դիտարկում ենք որպես Ղազախստանի Հանրապետության տնտեսական շահերի նկատմամբ անթույլատրելի ոտնձգություն, ինչպես նաև որպես օրինական միջազգային առևտրի, համաշխարհային էներգետիկ շուկաների և մատակարարման գլոբալ տրանսպորտալոգիստիկ շղթաների անվտանգության ապակայունացմանն ուղղված նպատակային գործողություններ։

Մեր առանձնահատուկ մտահոգությունն է հարուցում այն փաստը, որ քաղաքացիական նավերի վերաբերյալ տեղեկատվության փոխանակման՝ նախկինում բոլոր շահագրգիռ կողմերի կողմից համաձայնեցված մեխանիզմը, որոնք Սև ծովի ջրատարածք էին մտնում ԿԽԿ տերմինալներում նավթի բեռնման նպատակով, միտումնավոր անտեսվել է, ինչը վտանգի տակ է դրել քաղաքացիական նավերի անձնակազմերի կյանքն ու անվտանգությունը։

Ղազախստանը պահանջում է անհապաղ դադարեցնել հարձակումները և ձեռնարկել համապարփակ միջոցներ՝ ղազախական ածխաջրածնային հումքի արտահանման ենթակառուցվածքի անվտանգությունն ապահովելու նպատակով։

Վճռականորեն կոչ ենք անում գործընկեր երկրներին խստորեն դատապարտել նշված հարձակումները և հրավիրում ենք բոլոր շահագրգիռ կողմերին՝ մշակելու գործնական միջոցներ։ Ելնում ենք այն բանից, որ միայն միջազգային իրավունքի նորմերի խստիվ պահպանումը թույլ կտա խուսափել նմանատիպ միջադեպերի կրկնությունից։

Ներկայումս Ղազախստանի Հանրապետությունն իրականացնում է պատճառված վնասի համակողմանի գնահատում։ Դրա արդյունքներով Ղազախստանը իրեն վերապահում է իր օրինական շահերի պաշտպանության համար օգտագործել միջազգային իրավունքով նախատեսված բոլոր մեխանիզմները, ներառյալ պատճառված վնասի հատուցման պահանջ ներկայացնելը։

Ղազախստանի Հանրապետությունը ընդգծում է հակամարտությունների խաղաղ կարգավորման անայլընտրանքայնությունը, վերահաստատում է իր հավատարմությունը միջազգային իրավունքի սկզբունքներին, նավարկության ազատությանը և միջազգային տրանսպորտալոգիստիկ ու էներգետիկ երթուղիների հուսալի գործարկման ապահովմանը», — նշել են Ղազախստանի ԱԳՆ-ում։
