«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Օրերս տեղեկություն տարածվեց, որ Երևանի երաժշտական դպրոցներից մեկի տնօրենը (ժ/պ-ն) ցուցադրությունից պոկել ու հեռացրել է 10 տարեկան սանուհու արած նկարն Արցախի «Դեդո-Բաբո» հանրահայտ կոթողի պատկերով: Նշյալ դպրոցի տնօրենին բազմաթիվ հայրենակիցներ, այսպես ասենք, անարգանքի ու պարսավանքի «սյանն են գամել»: Ու ճիշտ են արել: Բայց իրականում խնդիրը շատ ավելի խորքային է:
Որպեսզի ունենաս սեփական պատմության հարգն ու արժեքն իմացող, այդ պատմությանն ու ահռելի ժառանգությանը տեր կանգնող, նաև՝ պահանջատեր, պատմական հիշողություն ունեցող հասարակություն, կարևոր է, որ նախ՝ ունենաս նման իշխող էլիտա՝ կառավարություն, պետության ղեկավարություն: Եթե պետության ղեկավարությունը վարում է երկչոտ, վախվորած քաղաքականություն, սեփական պատմությունն ու իրողությունները կասկածի, հարցականի տակ է դնում, ուրացումային կամ ժխտողական մոտեցումներ է դրսևորում, ապա հասարակությանը վերոնշյալ բարձրության վրա պահելու առաքելությունը մնում է առանձին անհատների, քաղաքական ու հասարակական ոչ իշխանական շրջանակների ուսերին:
Ու ողջ խնդիրն այն է, որ հարցը միայն այդ մեկ դպրոցը չէ, այդ մեկ օրինակը չէ: Ու ամենևին պարտադիր չէ, որ «վերևից» այդ դեպքի համար հատուկ հրահանգ տրված լինի, կամ պաշտոնական շրջաբերական իջեցվի դպրոցների ղեկավարներին: Պարտադիր չէ: Եթե իշխանությունը նման «գիծ» է վարում, ապա, բնականաբար, կգտնվեն «Հռոմի պապից ավելի կաթոլիկներ»: Չնայած, չենք բացառում, որ ինչ-որ նման հրահանգ էլ իջեցված լինի, ներքին կարգով, ոչ պաշտոնապես: Բայց եթե դա էլ չլիներ, ապա միայն Փաշինյանի ու նրա «կարկառունների» ամենօրյա հայտարարությունները, անընկալելի ու անընդունելի բնորոշումները բավարար էին, որ բոլորն էլ հասկանան՝ այլևս արգելված են և՛ Արարատի, և՛ Հայոց ցեղասպանության, և՛ Արցախի, և՛ Արևմտյան Հայաստանի հիշատակումները և այդ ամենը արտացոլող տեսալսողական, մշակութային ստեղծագործությունները, պատկերները, ֆիլմերը, երգերը, գրքերը, նկարները: Մի խոսքով, ազգային ինքնության հետևողական ջնջումը շարունակվում է...
