Այս թեյի պատրաստումը ամենից հեշտ եղանակն է ավելորդ քաշից ազատվելու համար: Ըմպելիքի պատրաստումը սկսվում է ջուրը եռացնելուց:
Այնուհետև վերցնում եք այն կրակի վրայից և ավելացնում եք դարչինը, թեյը և դափնու տերևը: Ծածկեք այն և թողեք 15 րոպեյով:
Ավելի լավ արդյունքի հասնելու համար այս թեյի առաջին բաժակը պետք է խմել առավոտյան՝ քաղցած ժամանակ: Այնուհետև խմեք ևս երկու բաժակ այս ըմպելիքից ողջ օրվա ընթացքում:
