3 պատճառ՝ ատամի մածուկից հրաժարվելու համար․ ինչով փոխարինել այն (տեսանյութ)

Դեռ մանկուց բոլորս սովոր ենք լվանալ ատամները օրական երկու անգամ։ Սակայն քչերն են անհանգստանում, թե ատամի մածուկը, որով լվանում ենք ատամները, ինչից է պատրաստված։ Թեեւ ատամի մածուկներ արտադրող ընկերությունները հավատացնում են, որ դրանցում վտանգավոր նյութերի քանակը նորմայի մեջ է, սակայն մենք օրվա մեջ բավականին շատ քիմիական նյութեր են ընդունում՝ նույն այդ մածուկի շնորհիվ։
1, Ատամի մածուկների մեծ մասը ֆտոր է պարունակում, որը, տարիներով օրգանիզմում կուտակվելով, առաջացնում է նյարդային համակարգի խախտում, Ալցհեյմերի հիվանդություն, վնասում մարսողական համակարգին ու թուլացնում իմունային համակարգը։
2, Ատամի մածուկի մեջ մեծ քանակությամբ նատրիումի լաուրիլսուլֆատ կա, որը կարող է հավաքվել կենսական տարբեր օրգանների վրա։ Հարկ է նշել, որ այս նյութն օգտագործվում է մեքենաների լվացման համար։
3, Հաճախ ատամի մածուկներ գովազդելիս նշում են դրա հակաբակտերիալ հավելումների մասին։ Հաճախ այդ հավելումների մեջ օգտագործում են տրիկլոզան, որը սպանում է բերանի խոռոչի թե դրական, թե բացասական միկրոօրգանիզմները։ Այս բոլոր նյութերը ամենից վտանգավորը երեխաների համար են, քանի որ նրանք հաճախ են ատամի մածուկը կուլ տալիս։ Կարող եք ատամի մածուկի փոխարեն տնական միջոցներ օգտագործել, որոնք պակաս արդյունավետ չեն, եւ առավել օգտակար են։ Իսկ թե ինչպես կարելի է տնական միջոցներով ատամի մածուկ պատրաստել, պատմում է տեսահոլովակում։
