Ուշ ծննդաբերող կանայք ավելի հաճախ են ինսուլտ տանում

Ուշ ծննդաբերող կանայք 60 տոկոսով ավելի շատ են բախվում ինսուլտների ու ինֆարկտների, քան նրանք, ովքեր ավելի երիտասարդ տարիքում են ընտանիք ստեղծել ու երեխաներ ունեցել: Այս մասին հայտնում են Մինեսոթայի համալսարանի գիտնականները:
Անցկացնելով հետազոտություն՝ 72 հազար կանանց մասնակցությամբ, գիտնականները պարզել են, որ այն կանայք, որոնք առաջին երեխային 40 տարեկանից հետո են ծնում, 60 տոկոսով ավելի հաճախ են մահանում սրտանոթային հիվանդություններից, քան նրանք, ովքեր մայրության երջանկությունը զգալիորեն ավելի շուտ են զգացել: Սա ըստ երեւույթին պայմանավորված է նրանով, որ շատ կանանց մոտ հղիության ընթացքում բարձր զարկերակային ճնշում ու գեստացիոն շաքարախտ է զարգանում, նաեւ բարձրանում է խոլեստերինի մակարդակը: Այդ ամենը բացասաբար է անդրադառնում նրանց սրտանոթային համակարգի վիճակի վրա:
Ուշ ծննդաբերած մայրերի քանակը վերջին տասնամյակներին զգալիորեն աճել է, քանի որ կանանց ավելի մեծ քանակություն է հիմա սկսել կարեւորել նախ իր կարիերան, հետո նոր երեխաներ ունենալը: Օրինակ Անգլիայում ու Ուելսում վերջին 30 տարում եռակի աճել է 40-ից հետո ծննդաբերող կանանց քանակը:
Բժիշկները բազմիցս նախազգուշացրել են, որ ցանկալի է որ առաջին ծննդաբերությունը լինի մինչեւ 35 տարեկան, քանի որ հետո բնական բեղմնավորմանա շանսերը նվազում են, ու կանայք ստիպված են լինում արտամարմնային բեղմնավորում անել: Ուշ մայրանալու դեպքում աճում է նաեւ բարդացումների վտանգը, իսկ այդ ձեւով ծնված երեխաների մոտ ավելի հաճախ են նկատվում բնածին արատներ:
Առհասարակ չծննդաբերած կանանց մոտ բարձր է մի շարք հիվանդությունների՝ մասնավորապես արգանդի ուռուցքների զարգացման վտանգը, նրանք նաեւ ավելի շատ են ենթարկվում էստրոգենի ազդեցությանը՝ այն հորմոնի, որը կարող է նպաստել ուռուցքի զարգացմանը:
