IDBank-ի Հաճախորդների փորձառության կառավարման բաժնի ղեկավար Սեդա Ավագյանն ընդգծեց նման նախաձեռնությունների կարևորությունը Բանկ-հաճախորդ համագործակցության շրջանակում։
«Մեզ համար անչափ կարևոր է լինել մեր հաճախորդների կողքին ինչպես թվային տիրույթում, այնպես էլ ֆիզիկապես։ Թվային ծառայությունների զարգացմանը զուգահեռ մենք կարևորում ենք հաճախորդների հետ կենդանի շփումը՝ սպասարկման ընթացքում ձգտելով յուրաքանչյուր հաճախորդի նկատմամբ ցուցաբերել անհատական մոտեցում։ Շնորհակալ ենք մեզ ընտրելու համար»,- նշեց Սեդա Ավագյանը։
Հերթական գործարքն իրականացնելու համար մասնաճյուղ եկած հաճախորդներին սպասում էին հաջողության անիվը, որը պտտելով նրանք շահում էին idcoin-ներ (1 idcoin = 1 դրամ), քաղցր հյուրասիրությունն ու սովորականից տարբերվող յուրահատուկ, տոնական մթնոլորտը։
