«Գուդ վին»-ի աշխատակցի սպանության մեջ մեղադրվողը հայտնաբերվել եւ ձերբակալվել է

Երեւանի «Շենգավիթ» համայնքում գործող «Գուդ վին» բուքմեյքերական գրասենյակում 2015թ. դեկտեմբերի 24-ին աշխատակից Արթուր Նազարյանի սպանության մեղադրանքով հետախուզման մեջ գտնվող 32-ամյա Կարեն Շահինյանը հայտնաբերվել է Ռուսաստանի տարածքում: Այս մասին NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում հայտնեցին ոստիկանության լրատվական ծառայությունից:
Մեր հարցին ի պատասխան նշել են, որ քրեական հետախուզության գլխավոր վարչությունը օպերատիվ տեղեկություններով ճշտել էր նրա գտնվելու վայրը եւ, համագործակցելով Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության իրենց գործընկերների հետ, փետրվարի 18-ին Օրենբուրգի մարզի Բուզուլուկ քաղաքում հայտնաբերել եւ ձերբակալել են նրան: Այժմ որոշվում է նրան տեղափոխելու հարցը:
Նշենք, որ Շահինյանի նկատմամբ հայտարարվել էր հետախուզում ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104 հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 8-րդ կետի եւ 175 հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 4-րդ կետի մեղադրանքով:
Ավելի վաղ Քննչական կոմիտեն հայտնել էր, որ 2015թ. դեկտեմբերի 23-ի լույս 24-ի գիշերը՝ մինչեւ ժամը 11-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում, տեղի է ունեցել ավազակային հարձակում՝ գումար հափշտակելու դիտավորությամբ։ Առերեւույթ հանցագործություն կատարած անձը որպես զենք օգտագործվող սուր կտրող ծակող գործիքով բազմաթիվ հարվածներ է հասցրել գրասենյակում աշխատող Արթուր Նազարյանի որովայնի, պարանոցի եւ կրծքավանդակի հատվածներին՝ սպանելով նրան ու հափշտակել գումար:
Դեպքի առթիվ հարուցվել է քրեական գործ Քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 8-րդ կետով եւ 175-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 4-րդ կետով։
