Հանրապետության նախագահ Վահագն Խաչատուրյանը դիվանագիտական առաքելությունն ավարտելու կապակցությամբ ընդունել է Հայաստանում Հունգարիայի արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Աննա Մարիա Շիկոյին:

Նախագահ Խաչատուրյանը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել դեսպանին պաշտոնավարման ընթացքում Հայաստանի և Հունգարիայի միջև հարաբերությունների զարգացմանն ու երկկողմ համագործակցության ընդլայնմանն ուղղված ներդրած ջանքերի համար՝ մաղթելով նրան հաջողություններ հետագա գործունեության ընթացքում։

Դեսպան Աննա Մարիա Շիկոն շնորհակալություն է հայտնել Հանրապետության նախագահին ընդունելության համար և բարձր գնահատել դիվանագիտական առաքելության իրականացման ընթացքում Հայաստանի պետական մարմինների կողմից ցուցաբերված համագործակցությունն ու աջակցությունը։ Նա վստահություն է հայտնել, որ պաշտոնավարման ընթացքում ձևավորված փոխադարձ վստահության և գործընկերային հարաբերությունների ամուր հիմքը կնպաստի Հայաստանի և Հունգարիայի միջև համագործակցության հետագա զարգացմանն ու ընդլայնմանը։

Հանդիպման ընթացքում անդրադարձ է կատարվել Հայաստանի և Հունգարիայի միջև համագործակցության օրակարգի առանցքային ուղղություններին և երկկողմ հարաբերությունների զարգացման հեռանկարներին։ Երկուստեք ընդգծվել է, որ առկա է զգալի ներուժ տնտեսական համագործակցության խորացման, առևտրատնտեսական կապերի ակտիվացման, ներդրումային ծրագրերի խթանման և գործարար շրջանակների միջև անմիջական կապերի ընդլայնման համար։

Կողմերը կարևորել են նաև կրթության, մշակույթի և զբոսաշրջության ոլորտներում համագործակցության շարունակական զարգացումը՝ ընդգծելով համատեղ ծրագրերի իրականացման, ակադեմիական և մշակութային փոխանակումների ընդլայնման, ինչպես նաև ժողովուրդների միջև կապերի ամրապնդման նշանակությունը։

Անդրադարձ է կատարվել երկու երկրների միջև տարբեր մակարդակներով փոխայցելությունների ակտիվացման կարևորությանը՝ որպես քաղաքական երկխոսության խորացման և համագործակցության նոր ուղղությունների ձևավորման արդյունավետ միջոց։

Հանդիպման ընթացքում արժևորվել է նաև «Wizz Air» ավիաընկերության գործունեությունը Հայաստանում, որը նշանակալի դեր է ունեցել Հայաստանի և եվրոպական մի շարք ուղղությունների միջև օդային հաղորդակցության ընդլայնման, զբոսաշրջային հոսքերի աշխուժացման, ինչպես նաև մարդկանց միջև շփումների և գործարար կապերի զարգացման գործում։

Զրույցի ընթացքում մտքեր են փոխանակվել տարածաշրջանային զարգացումների շուրջ։ Հանրապետության նախագահը վերահաստատել է Հայաստանի հանձնառությունը տարածաշրջանում կայուն խաղաղության հաստատման, հարևանների հետ հարաբերությունների կարգավորման և հաղորդակցային ուղիների ապաշրջափակման գործընթացին՝ ընդգծելով, որ այդ քայլերը կարող են նպաստել տարածաշրջանի տնտեսական զարգացմանը, փոխկապակցվածության ամրապնդմանը և երկարաժամկետ կայունության ապահովմանը։

Կողմերն անդրադարձել են նաև միջազգային կազմակերպություններում համագործակցության հարցերին՝ կարևորելով հատկապես Եվրոպական միության շրջանակներում փոխգործակցության ակտիվացումը, ժողովրդավարական ինստիտուտների զարգացման, արդյունավետ կառավարման և լավագույն փորձի փոխանակման շարունակականությունը։
