«Արդյոք ՀՀ քաղաքացիներին հետաքրքրում Է այս անպտուղ քննարկումը՝ տարածքային կառավարման նախարարությունն արտակարգ իրավիճակների հետ լինի, թե՝ առանձին։ Հանրապետականը Դաշնակցության հետ գնա կոալիցիայի, թե՝ այլ ուժերի Էլ ընդգրկի կառավարությունում։ Քանի՞ պորտֆել տա կոալիցիոն գործընկերոջը և այլն։ Վստահ չեմ, որ մեր բոլոր ընթերցողները թերթերը բացում են, կայքեր են մտնում վերը նշված թեմաներով վերջին լուրերին ծանոթանալու համար։ Երեկ, օրինակ, միջին խավին պատկանող երկու զրուցակիցներս խոսում Էին տնտեսության մասին, պատմում Էին, թե ինչպես են փորձում այս համատարած ճգնաժամն ու հատկապես Ռուսաստանից եկող բացասական ազդակները հաղթահարել։ Նրանցից մեկը պատմում Էր, որ փորձել են հայկական չիր պահեստավորել՝ ձմռան ամիսներին ավելի ձեռնտու գնով վաճառելու համար։

Սալորի ու ծիրանի չրի մեկ կիլոգրամն իրենց վրա մոտ 2 հազար դրամ Է նստել։ Պահպանության, աշխատողների վրա ծախսված գումարներն Էլ գումարած՝ գրեթե 2,5 հազար։ Հիմա փորձում են չիրն իրացնել մեր սուպերմարկետների միջոցով և կանգնել են խայտառակ իրողության առաջ։ Գրեթե մենաշնորհային դիրք ունեցող մեր սուպերմարկետների տերերը, թերևս, իրար հետ պայմանավորված, չիրը մատակարարներից գնում են 2,5, առավելագույնը՝ 3 հազար դրամով։ Բայց վաճառում են գրեթե կրկնակի։ Այսինքն՝ արտադրողն ու մատակարարողը գրեթե եկամուտ չեն ունենում, իսկ, այ, վաճառողը հարյուր տոկոս շահույթ Է ունենում մի բանից, որտեղ ոչ մի աշխատանք չի թափել։ Ձեռքը գլխի տակ դրած, փաստորեն, շահագործում Է այլ անձանց աշխատանքը, աշխարհում չլսված վրադիր տոկոս դնելով ապրանքի վրա։ Նման երևույթների դեմ պետք Է պետությունը պայքարեր, բայց նա սուպերմարկետների տերերին «սիրում» Է և ոչ մի գնով ձեռք չի տա»,–գրում է թերթի խմբագիրը:
