ՖԻՖԱ-ն կքննարկի Ռուսաստանի վերադարձը միջազգային ֆուտբոլ

Միջազգային ֆուտբոլի ֆեդերացիան (ՖԻՖԱ, Fédération Internationale de Football Association) կքննարկի Ռուսաստանի հնարավոր վերադարձը միջազգային ֆուտբոլ, այն բանից հետո, երբ Միջազգային օլիմպիական կոմիտեն (ՄՕԿ) առաջարկել է վերացնել ռուս մարզիկների նկատմամբ գործող բոլոր սահմանափակումները։
ՖԻՖԱ-ն գերմանական ARD հանրային հեռարձակողի հարցմանն ի պատասխան հայտնել է, որ «ի գիտություն է ընդունել» ՄՕԿ-ի որոշումը։
«ՖԻՖԱ-ն կվերլուծի այդ որոշումը՝ նախքան շահագրգիռ կողմերի հետ խորհրդակցություններից հետո հետագա որոշումներ կայացնելը», - նշել են կազմակերպությունից։
ARD-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ խորհրդակցություններ կարող են անցկացվել նաև Եվրոպական ֆուտբոլային ասոցիացիաների միության (ՈՒԵՖԱ, UEFA) հետ, որը դեռևս չի մեկնաբանել իրավիճակը։
Ռուսական թիմերի միջազգային մրցաշարեր վերադարձի կողմնակիցներից է ՖԻՖԱ-ի նախագահ Ջաննի Ինֆանտինոն, որը նախկինում բազմիցս հանդես է եկել ռուս ֆուտբոլիստների նկատմամբ սահմանափակումները վերացնելու օգտին։
Միևնույն ժամանակ, բրիտանական The Telegraph պարբերականը, հղում անելով իր աղբյուրներին, գրում է, որ այս պահին ո՛չ ՖԻՖԱ-ն, ո՛չ էլ ՈՒԵՖԱ-ն չեն ծրագրում թույլատրել ռուսական ակումբների և ազգային հավաքականների վերադարձը միջազգային մրցաշարեր։
Հուլիսի 7-ին Միջազգային օլիմպիական կոմիտեն (ՄՕԿ) վերացրել է Ռուսաստանի օլիմպիական կոմիտեի (ՌՕԿ) նկատմամբ կիրառված կասեցումը և առաջարկել է չեղարկել ռուս մարզիկների մասնակցության բոլոր սահմանափակումները։
ՌՕԿ-ի իրավունքները կասեցվել էին 2023 թվականի հոկտեմբերին այն բանից հետո, երբ կառույցն իր կազմում էր ընդգրկել Ուկրաինայի բռնակցված տարածքների օլիմպիական խորհուրդները։ ՄՕԿ-ը դա գնահատել էր որպես Օլիմպիական խարտիայի և Ուկրաինայի տարածքային ամբողջականության խախտում։
Կազմակերպության իրավական հարցերով հանձնաժողովի ուսումնասիրությունից հետո ՄՕԿ-ը եզրակացրել է, որ ՌՕԿ-ի կազմում այլևս չկան այն մարզական կազմակերպությունները, որոնք գտնվում են Ուկրաինայի Ազգային օլիմպիական կոմիտեի (ԱՕԿ) իրավազորության տակ գտնվող տարածքներում։
ՄՕԿ-ը նաև չեղարկել է իր նախկին առաջարկությունը, ըստ որի ռուս մարզիկները կարող էին մասնակցել միջազգային մրցումներին միայն չեզոք կարգավիճակով։
Միաժամանակ կազմակերպությունը շեշտել է, որ ռուս մարզիկները պետք է անցնեն հակադոպինգային գործող պահանջներին համապատասխանության խիստ ստուգումներ։
ՄՕԿ-ը նաև ընդգծել է, որ իր որոշումը չի նշանակում ռուս մարզիկների ավտոմատ վերադարձ միջազգային մրցաշարեր կամ Օլիմպիական խաղեր։ Յուրաքանչյուր մարզաձևում վերջնական որոշումը պետք է կայացնեն համապատասխան միջազգային մարզական ֆեդերացիաները։
ՄՕԿ-ը դեռևս որոշում չի կայացրել՝ թույլատրել արդյոք Ռուսաստանի պետական դրոշի և օրհներգի օգտագործումը միջազգային մրցումներում։
Բացի այդ, կազմակերպությունը հայտարարել է, որ չի պատրաստվում իր միջոցառումները կազմակերպել Ռուսաստանում, ինչպես նաև չի հրավիրի ռուս պաշտոնյաների և կրկին դատապարտել է Ռուսաստանի պատերազմն Ուկրաինայի դեմ։
ՄՕԿ-ը որոշումը հիմնավորել է 2028 թվականին Լոս Անջելեսում կայանալիք ամառային Օլիմպիական խաղերի ընտրական փուլի մեկնարկով և բոլոր մարզիկների համար մրցումներին հավասար հասանելիություն ապահովելու անհրաժեշտությամբ։
Հիշեցնենք, որ 2026 թվականի մայիսին ՄՕԿ-ը նաև առաջարկել էր վերացնել բելառուս մարզիկների նկատմամբ սահմանափակումները։ Իսկ հունիսին ՖԻՖԱ-ն թույլատրել էր Ռուսաստանի պատանեկան հավաքականների մասնակցությունը աշխարհի առաջնությանը։
